[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the appliance. I am not happy that there were no locks on the wheels to keep it from moving when opening the doors. I was told that when I put food in the weight of the food would stop the fridge from moving it did not.
Also do not like that when I open the left door the right one opens also

Shelves/drawers seem lightweight, especially the metal basket in the freezer drawer. I hope they hold up.
Handles on drawers seem upside down....maybe its bc I was used to them being opp on my last unit.
I'm missing having water and ice dispenser on the outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. I have 2 complaints.
1, had to put something under the wheels because every time I opened the door, it would move. The installer said when it was filled it would stop but it did not.
2. Every time I open the left hand door the right door slightly opens. Due to the water being on the left inside of the fridge,opening the left door is a necessity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this counter depth refrigerator last month for our kitchen renovation. It looks great and works perfect.The reason we only rated it 4 stars is because the plastic drawers seem cheap and fragile. Hopefully they will not crack with use! Another observation is the water dispenser.It should have been placed on the right side as the left door is the door with the additional traction making it harder to open. We open both sides to dispense water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this refrigerator as a replacement for another model that didn’t work in my house. I like the refrigerator but it does take time to work with a smaller unit. Two issues the doors dont line up they are a 1/4 off and no adjustment. The other issue which doesn’t affect anything is that there is no company name on the refrigerator. This doesn’t affect the refrigerator at all but it makes me wonder what other corners they cut.

Love the placement of the drawers.

We wanted a counter width and smaller footprint for our kitchen and were happy with our old Whirlpool so we decided on the French door style. We are in our late 80’s and find the model we purchased fits our needs.
