It has wonderful features, quiet doors, measured water dispensing, subtle lighting in door for night-time usage, spacious storage for deli drawer, which opens independently of French doors, maintaining temperature in storage area.

Good fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a previous Whirlpool fridge, which had no problems for 18 years. We like the configuration of the doors, and the drawer makes it easy to access smaller items. Plenty of room inside for us. It’s very quiet, and looks good. The control panel works well and is a modern update to the previous one. Marked down one star because the ice maker dispenses a whole glassful of cubes with the slightest touch, and I haven’t been able to to open the ice dispenser to grab a couple of cubes like I could on the older side-by-side. But overall we like the new fridge.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator, which was delivered and installed on March 12, 2025 and within just a few weeks, I’m already facing major issues. The freezer is experiencing frost buildup, condensation is causing food to melt, and there’s ice accumulating on the coils. The refrigerator is also incredibly loud, with the water and ice maker constantly making noise, and the fan runs non-stop. To top it off, there were noticeable dents upon arrival.
While the refrigerator looks nice and was expensive, it’s clear that it’s not made well. I strongly urge potential buyers to steer clear of this model. It’s disappointing to pay so much for a product that doesn’t even function properly out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
