Not so good, cheap quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Samsung French door refrigerator and this Whirlpool 36” French door refrigerator was the replacement (our Samsung lasted about 17 years). First thing I noticed is the plastic shelves seem a little thinner! The refrigerator was delivered on January 21, 2025 and today 08/25/2025 we will have a technician fix the handle since it somehow detached from the knob! So far I think the quality is not that good! The top shelf is freezing my eggs! I got an extended warranty since I fear I will have to call for service often! I don’t recommend it! It seems not as deep or big inside (I have the very same space and the Samsung was roomier)! Not happy with my purchase! My mom is telling me everyday how the Samsung was better but I couldn’t find the same size!

poor storage design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelves in the refrig seem to tilt forward, the wheels are not rolling properly and there is no decent butter dish storage or extra ice cube storage. The water when filling up the ice cube makes a loud noise every time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like the storage space and condensation build up on the freezer door seal. I’ve had Maytag twice now for this issue and it still continues. Also we were sold a fridge missing one of the fan blades that our repair found for us thankfully & replaced it & the fan motor

Moisture Concern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in late August, top seal on bottom freezer has moisture developing continuously. I assume it’s because there is no catch for the doors to hook into on the bottom of the fridge doors
