Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in March 2025. I have not been able to level it and the door tops stay even. The right door stays open when needed but the left will not stay open. Three door shelves have cracked or completely broken. The door shelves are not level back to front and items slide forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the fridge about a month,water filling and ice droppings inside icemaker is kinda loud it sounds like something dropped in the kitchen. Had to call the repair guy because ice would not drop out of the shoot after about a month and discovered there's a seal that is not smooth which is letting air coming in and melting of the ice in the shoot causing it to freeze up and won't let the ice come out.it took 3 days to make ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the features of the frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love frig but needed to call when ice maker quit. I called many times, they called back, was on hold another 20 minutes then got cut off. Tried again then tried the Whirlpool web site. I have a warranty and got extra warranty to find out you don’t service this area! I find this to be crap service but I figured out the problem I hope, so far still working. I don’t know why you don’t get in touch with Drummond Refrigeration in Rawlins WY to maybe set up a good contract with them to serve this area in WY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator came with a house that we purchased in October. The most part we’re happy with it, but at times it makes a loud noise. We think it is related to the icemaker. and it can be annoying at times.
