[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in June 2025 and the ice maker, dispenser, stopped working. The technician indicated that the motor seized and had to be replaced. I found that to be somewhat concerning with the quality if a component fails within a short period of time. Secondly, there is no Alarm on the door if it is left open for a period of time. Our last refrigerator had that feature and I expected to have it on this unit.

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for about 6 weeks now. Looks nice. Easy to assemble inside shelves. Works nice, but is a bit noisy. Shelf placement is working for us as is door shelf's. Ice maker and water dispenser is good although water seems a bit slow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and am not really happy with the appliance. I called whirlpool to make an appointment to have someone to command check out the refrigerator that we purchased. Guinco came out and told me it was just the way it was made. There was not any thing we could do about it. 1) The problem I'm having is when I open the left upper door and close the door it pops open the right door. Sometime the left door doesn't close all the way. (2) The ice maker makes a loud popping sound before it dumps the ice. The ice is very loud when dumping in the storage bin. This is more annoying than anything because my old whirlpool refrigerator never did that and was very quiet. The reason we bought a new on is because the problem was it was freezing up behind the crisper drawers in the back. this was addressed several times and some parts were replaced by Guinco. We kept having the same problem and with the warranty expiring it was too much to fix and not knowing if the fix would correct the problem. We kept the old refrigerator and put it in the utility room for extra space but did not hook up the ice maker or the water line. We have not had a problem with it at all since then. I mentioned it to the service technician when he came to check out the new refrigerator and all he could say was he couldn't see where that would have been a problem. I feel that I haven't gotten a reliable answer for any of the problems. If the problem on the old one had been addressed and solved then I wouldn't have had to buy the new one. Now having this issue with the new refrigerator I feel I have just thrown away money. I don't think I will be buying another whirlpool product in the future because its like pulling teeth to get something corrected and then it still isn't fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Agreeing with a few other reviewers, love my fridge BUT the motor in the ice maker is noisily ongoing whenever doors are shut. Other than that I am liking it, bought it 5 momths ago and buzzing started same day, thought it would go away but remains constant and loud enough for me to hear from my bedroom . I'm on hold with Whirlpool now to see if I can get them to look at the motor as it seems to be coming from the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the new house that I purchased and honestly, we LOVE it! It has plenty of room, it is wonderfully cold, and the ice maker makes ice unbelievably fast. You definitely cannot go wrong with this refrigerator.
