Great product and great service!

I was gifted this for me birthday and loved it right away. Unfortunately, one of the flavor dispensers quit working after a couple of months. I visited the website, tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing worked, so I called the support line. The email me a return label and sent me a new one! Just like that! Great product and great service! Highly recommend!

We really like this system! The design is well thought out, and very convenient. Three improvement suggestions: 1) Make the water tank larger. 2) The "low gas" indicator lights quickly, when tank is 3/4 full; it's pretty much useless; 3) Improve the taste of your syrups... three out of four were plain awful.

I’m a former Sodastream customer and the Thirsti hands down is a better machine. I’m gave it 5 stars because it does everything I want despite Ninja
Things that need improvement:
1. There should be a safeguard that makes it not work if the water tank isn’t attached. I’ve hit the start button a few times forgetting that the water tank is in the fridge.

2. There should be some healthy mixes, everyone that Ninja makes are full of poisonous chemicals. Just check the mixes with the Yuka app.
Even needing the improvements the Thirsti on setting 2 mixed with some lime or lemon juice is perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

a MUST HAVE for seltzer and soda drinkers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this. I used the zero sugar cola and the crispiness rivals McDonald's. I am beyond impressed with how sleek the machine is, the size of the co2 canister, and the water reservoir capacity.
I've always hesitated when it came to at home soda/ seltzer machines but Ninja isn't playing. If you're a soda or seltzer drinker this is a MUST BUY.

The design is sleek and stainless steel. I love how it comes with many flavors which is perfect for entertaining guests with any beverage they may want. The water filter is lightweight and easy to clean. I personally prefer all sparkling drinks so this machine has been so fun to create low calorie fizzy beverages at home! This hydration system is an appliance is something I never knew I needed but so happy I have it. I would gift this to my friends who love to hydrate this holiday season.
