It's very frustrating, this pan is not non-stick at all. If you do not believe me, try it yourself. Fry an egg on it and see what happens. I returned my first one which I thought maybe defective. I got a replacement and it behaved exactly the same way. Could it be I don't know how to use it. I think only Cuisinart can tell us the real story.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only used this 3 times so far. The performance is good. But I need recipes, ideas, for using it more. I have requested this but never heard anything. It should have come with a small recipe book, or at least a code to access a website with recipes specific to the pan. the QR code provided on the box did not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent 1 week testing the product and found it perfect for my family's kitchen. It is simple and truly sophisticated in design, materials, packaging and the efficiency it brings when integrating up to 14 different functions for dishes (stir-fry, steam, fry...). With a size of 4.5qt, it is really suitable for a family of 4-6 people and has become my companion in every meal this past week and in the coming time. It has a good non-stick surface, I have tried it with many fried and fried dishes and have had success with many versatile dishes for the family. Next impressive is the silicone handle of the pan, it insulates and keeps me safe while cooking and insulates well.
I was also very happy and surprised to receive this gift from @home tester club and @cuisinart to test and give honest reviews and feel lucky to know the product. With the wonderful things it brings me, I really want to recommend it to everyone. I will buy it as a gift for my parents.

It’s earned a permanent spot on my range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has earned a permanent spot on my range. I’ve loved the steaming function in particular. I’ll steam my vegetables and once they’re finished, I can do pasta at the bottom without having to wait for the water to boil again. The ceramic surface is great for searing meats as well as for Carmelizing onions. The product itself is sturdy and well-constructed, the type of thing I’m sure my kids will fight over one day when I’m gone. My only criticism is that the lid handle designed for holding my spatula in place does not hold as well a so wish it did. Other than that, I’m a fan!

The "does it all pan"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loves this pan. Since I have received it I have used nothing but this unless I needed to have two things going at once. The non-stick is far superior to other products I have used. I received it in Navy and the color is great, too. I am actually using it right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second time testing ceramic cuisinart items and I am very satisfied with the performance of this pan. I love the 2 in 1 feature. Being able to use it as a skillet and a steamer. I steam my 9 month old food for purée and baby led weaning it works wonders. I’m in love with this pan. I wish multiple pictures can be included to really show all the usage that was made with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a pan. It is perfect for cooking just about everything. It deep enough to stew and roast in (over safe on low), perfect for frying and boiling.
I have used it to make curries, lentil stews and pasta meals. Very quick and easy cleaning. Nothing sticks to it (ceramic coating).
As bonuses it comes with a awesome lid that has a notch in the handle for you mixing utensil, a heavy duty spatula, and a metal steamer the fits into it to make it a steam pot.
It has duel handles for easy lifting, both covered in heat resisting rubber. It has a spout for easy draing. The lid fits in to the pan for easy storing. It can easily replace all of your other pots and pans
