Zero stars if I could. In the past year I have had three of these miserable appliances. They were replaced under warranty. The last one I got is probably 6 months old and has had the same problem as the others. It stops mid cycle and the add water light flashes, even though the tank is more than half full of water. The cooling unit kicks in but the water refuses to pump. I am so upset. No more Cuisinart. Shopping now for another brand.
