Zero stars if I could. In the past year I have had three of these miserable appliances. They were replaced under warranty. The last one I got is probably 6 months old and has had the same problem as the others. It stops mid cycle and the add water light flashes, even though the tank is more than half full of water. The cooling unit kicks in but the water refuses to pump. I am so upset. No more Cuisinart. Shopping now for another brand.

Very good. Quick and useful. Only issue is that with the big cubes. They tend to melt before the next batch is made and then you just end up with small cubes. So just use the small cube function. Overall very satisfied with the product.

So disappointing

I got this as a Christmas gift in December of 2024. It’s less than 18 months old and has stopped working completely. I’ve cleaned it, reset it, gone through all troubleshooting suggestions & it just says “add water” when the reservoir is full. I’ve cleaned the sensors, tilted it gently back & forth, unplugged it, let it dry out & it will not run. Such a huge disappointment for the price. And just outside of warranty, of course.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I chose this as a gift from my employer for 25 years of service. I have wanted an ice maker and thought here is my chance to get one FREE. Well, I am disappointed in amount of ice this machine makes. It is truly a compact machine. The ice tray is small, the amount of ice it makes only fits in to one cup before having to pour in more water, and it just isn't what I was looking for. I wish I could send it back.
