I love this ceramic pan! Nonstick, glass lid and spatula are nice features; but the feet welded onto the steamer basket rusted after the first use!! I washed it before use, towel dried so I could put away immediately, but my first steam of dim sum dumplings and there was rust on the basket feet when I washed everything after the meal. So it didn’t sit on the stove in water for more than an hour. Highly disappointed in this steamer basket and the feet welded under it. Cuisinart should’ve left that off.

It's very frustrating, this pan is not non-stick at all. If you do not believe me, try it yourself. Fry an egg on it and see what happens. I returned my first one which I thought maybe defective. I got a replacement and it behaved exactly the same way. Could it be I don't know how to use it. I think only Cuisinart can tell us the real story.

I have only used this 3 times so far. The performance is good. But I need recipes, ideas, for using it more. I have requested this but never heard anything. It should have come with a small recipe book, or at least a code to access a website with recipes specific to the pan. the QR code provided on the box did not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent 1 week testing the product and found it perfect for my family's kitchen. It is simple and truly sophisticated in design, materials, packaging and the efficiency it brings when integrating up to 14 different functions for dishes (stir-fry, steam, fry...). With a size of 4.5qt, it is really suitable for a family of 4-6 people and has become my companion in every meal this past week and in the coming time. It has a good non-stick surface, I have tried it with many fried and fried dishes and have had success with many versatile dishes for the family. Next impressive is the silicone handle of the pan, it insulates and keeps me safe while cooking and insulates well.
I was also very happy and surprised to receive this gift from @home tester club and @cuisinart to test and give honest reviews and feel lucky to know the product. With the wonderful things it brings me, I really want to recommend it to everyone. I will buy it as a gift for my parents.
