I got this pan because of the steamer insert, and use it several times a week for my vegetables. But the pan itself is wonderful when I’ve used it for sautéed items and boiled.The lid is glass to keep a watch on what’s cooking The handle on the pan doesn’t get hot and the knob on the lid has a slot that will hold your utensil. It cleans like a dream. So many uses, who wouldn’t want it?

I've been using this pan almost everyday since I got it as a Christmas gift. The spatula is fairly useless, but it's a dream to easily wash out the pan. No sticking, nothing cooked on. Wow!

Not my first Cuisinart pan. I bought these due to my positive experience with my other pans. I think the designers of these pans are experienced cooks as the shapes and construction lends them to ease of use and reasonable cleanup.
