It's very frustrating, this pan is not non-stick at all. If you do not believe me, try it yourself. Fry an egg on it and see what happens. I returned my first one which I thought maybe defective. I got a replacement and it behaved exactly the same way. Could it be I don't know how to use it. I think only Cuisinart can tell us the real story.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only used this 3 times so far. The performance is good. But I need recipes, ideas, for using it more. I have requested this but never heard anything. It should have come with a small recipe book, or at least a code to access a website with recipes specific to the pan. the QR code provided on the box did not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent 1 week testing the product and found it perfect for my family's kitchen. It is simple and truly sophisticated in design, materials, packaging and the efficiency it brings when integrating up to 14 different functions for dishes (stir-fry, steam, fry...). With a size of 4.5qt, it is really suitable for a family of 4-6 people and has become my companion in every meal this past week and in the coming time. It has a good non-stick surface, I have tried it with many fried and fried dishes and have had success with many versatile dishes for the family. Next impressive is the silicone handle of the pan, it insulates and keeps me safe while cooking and insulates well.
I was also very happy and surprised to receive this gift from @home tester club and @cuisinart to test and give honest reviews and feel lucky to know the product. With the wonderful things it brings me, I really want to recommend it to everyone. I will buy it as a gift for my parents.

It’s earned a permanent spot on my range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has earned a permanent spot on my range. I’ve loved the steaming function in particular. I’ll steam my vegetables and once they’re finished, I can do pasta at the bottom without having to wait for the water to boil again. The ceramic surface is great for searing meats as well as for Carmelizing onions. The product itself is sturdy and well-constructed, the type of thing I’m sure my kids will fight over one day when I’m gone. My only criticism is that the lid handle designed for holding my spatula in place does not hold as well a so wish it did. Other than that, I’m a fan!

The "does it all pan"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loves this pan. Since I have received it I have used nothing but this unless I needed to have two things going at once. The non-stick is far superior to other products I have used. I received it in Navy and the color is great, too. I am actually using it right now.
