Easy Install and super cool temps!

It's not too heavy to deal with, and it started cooling down the room the minute we turned it on. Some window units are a little bit of an eye sore, but this one looks sleek and blends in with the background well. The remote is very handy and self-explanatory. Great Window Unit for a Smaller Room

It’s very useful for my bedroom that gets hotter than the rest of the house during the summer. I really like that it has a remote so I can control it from bed. It’s quiet enough that I can sleep with it on too, but it’s about as loud as any other window unit I’ve been around. It doesn’t seem to pull too much power and helps my house A/C not turn on as often because the thermostat backs up to my room.

Definitely cools small space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You don't need 2 people to install, but it greatly helps. If the unit is not perfectly level, the fan hits the inside Styrofoam, and sounds broken. Over all, so worth it with as cold as it makes our small space. The noise level is not too loud. You can definitely hear it but not bothersome. E do have to adjust the cool level at night. Otherwise, it causes the room to be too cold, which I didn't think was possible.

Great window unit!

I have installed it in the window of my office which gets hot afternoon sun and it's been keeping up like a champ. Installation was simple. The temperature is easy to control. The noise level is average for a window unit. Very glad to have this during our current heatwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well first thing I've noticed is that the unit is not very big so I was just wondering if it was going to be able to produce enough cold air to make the bedroom cool enough for our comfort! So that I can show everyone that i (can/will) admit when I'm wrong!! This thing almost froze me out the room when I was out for only 15 min. Came back in the room and wow that Lil guy packs a cold punch! We are not dissatisfied in any way! I can only say that for me and my family we have had nothing less then a great experience when we have bought and used G.E. products!! And it has been our #1 brand of choice ever since we used a little toaster oven from a small appliance store way back 45 years ago, and it still works as it is intended to everytime we start it up or should I say.. plug it in! So you can see why we can justify buying the G.E. brand any time it's been a choice. Also they have been one step ahead plus being so affordable, amazing quality built to last years to come everytime! If you can't tell "WE LOVE EM"
