Great features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a wonderful addition to our kitchen although upon closer inspection, there was a chip in the paint which I can't seem to find cover paint for it. Do you have a sample bottle of the black/ stainless stove we bought?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our stove about a month ago, and I absolutely love it. I love the air fry and air bake setting besides the regular oven. I love the large oval burner also!

Ruined our Thanksgiving!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a brand new home in Feb 2025 and this new range came with it. On Thanksgiving day the left rear burner valve stuck in the open position as the valve froze and we couldn't adjust or turn the burner off. We were afraid to throw water on it as we feared it may continue to leak gas. This created a major safety hazard as the only thing I could do is pull the range out to turn off the main gas valve and file a warranty claim. Needless to say it ruined our Thanksgiving dinner as we were no longer able to cook on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think it works correctly and I called the place of sales. They sent somebody out and they said yes, but it makes noise every time the oven is on like I’ve had gas ranges before and it’s never done that the burners are they can’t even turn them down and I just don’t feel like this is what it’s supposed to be and like I said I’ve called the point of sale and there’s sending somebody out but the thing is they should’ve installed it correctly the first place and it took me three months to get this range from whirlpool because apparently y’all don’t make them
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It scratches easy, a piece broke off within a moth that we had it, it's hard to clean and hard to keep clean.
I will never buy whirlpool products again!!
If i could take it back I would!!

I NEED MANUALS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this for a couple of weeks. The problem is that there is no manual to explain how to use some of the features. The other problem is that the bottom draw is very weak and not much of an asset. If I had bought it for just a regular range I would love it (except for the bottom drawer). If I get a manual and figure out how to use the other features I may review again with a much better response. But as just a Range and not able to use the other features, it is a disappointment. I think I would have been happier with the other model I wanted, but it was not available.
