Great range but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given 5 stars but the knobs to turn on the flames are extremely loose. If you even lean on the range the knob it turns and the flame goes on. We have corner cabinet to the left of the range and whenever I reach to open the cabinet I hear the clicking from the knob. If I don’t pull back quickly the flame goes on. Also, same with reaching for items in the microwave above the range. Other than that the range is great. I’d recommend if you’re taller or don’t need to reach for cabinets that are tucked in a corner next to the range.

Love this stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great stove. Easy to clean stovetop. I’m not sure about the electric broiler, but so far so good. My only complaint is that no operational manual came with for air fry examples.

Burners don't adjust to low heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had our stove installed last week and I already have issues with its features. The control knobs are on the front and often when I lean over to reach something in the cabinet above, I will accidentally turn on a burner. I hear the telltale "click,click,click". It is way too easy to turn on and I would consider it a safety concern for families with small children for sure, but also for anyone who may accidentally lean against the stove front.
The other issue I have is trying to find detailed directions for its use. The ones that came with the stove are very general, and to be frank, hardly useful at all. They do not address everything one would want to know about using the stove. For example, there is nothing that tells you how to adjust the burners so you can have wider parameters in the height of the flame. The 2 front burners are set for quick boil but can't be adjusted to simmer. I have had to turn the burner off just to get a simmer and keep my food from cooking too quickly or burning. There is nothing about the unique features of air frying, broiling, cooking prepackaged food... We searched the Whirlpool website for a detailed manual. This took lots of digging and trial and error to use just the right words to find what we were looking for for our particular unit. .It should not be that hard to find out how to operate one's new appliance before you can begin to use it!! It is my opinion that a comprehensive manual should come WITH the stove and not have to be searched for on a website.
We still have not found anything that tells us how to adjust the height of the flames, though I know, from previous gas stoves, that there is a way to do it. I have been very frustrated with trying to cook things on the front burners, which are the most convenient and the ones I typically prefer to use the most.

Love the look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last week and so far love the stove. The front plate does not line up on the left as it does on the right but installers said they could not fix it. Love the air fryer and other than this it is built pretty well
