Broke After 1 Week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this stove for 1 week and the control panel stopped working. A repairman had to be sent out and we are still waiting for the replacement part. We have not been able to use our brand new stove since we bought it. Little frustrating that a new stove would already need to be fixed which makes me nervous 6 months from now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good stove great cooking options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove almost 2 months ago and it’s been great purchase. The burners evenly light and cooking is always easy to control. One feature that is fabulous are the grates lock up for quick cleaning without having to remove the entire grate all the time. You can if you want but it really isn’t necessary. The oven feature bakes to perfection. Many options. It would be nice if an owner’s manual was included as it would help learning all the options. We managed to figure it out but could’ve been easier. I gave it only 4 stars as the burner knobs can, and do, turn on when accidentally pushed into while leaning or cooking at the stove. This was one thing I didn’t experience with my last stove. It is annoying. Doesn’t take much to set them off. Other stoves I looked at seemed to have the same issue. Also, the bottom storage drawer is not very useful. I previously had a second oven option in the bottom drawer area. Seems now you can’t get that without it being the larger of the two oven options and that is quite inconvenient for having to bend down and remove large cooking items like roasts and such. Not a good set up. So I opted for only the one oven model. All in all it’s a really nice stove and I’m happy with my purchase

Need more protection to oven from grease splash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great range, but when using the air fryer there nothing to protect the grease from splashing all over the oven and I have to clean the oven inside before using the self cleaning oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it about 5 times in 1 month. Very hard to keep clean. Burn aerea is black & shows every spot & speck of dust. Front oven panel gets dirty on every use & when I wipe to clean & dry it turns the oven on. I used the oven 1 time to test & timer is very low. The grates are very heavy for me as I'm disabled with very weak arms
I plan to trade for a different model, maybe even brand.
