Lighten Up, Whirlpool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall excellent. The hinged grates are genius, the burners are even and very responsive, and preheating is rapid. I love the center griddle burner, but we sprung for a cast iron griddle, not the one that is offered as I don't want non-stick anything (PFAS), and cast iron is tried and true. I haven't tried the air fryer yet. Although I didn't think I'd like the horizontal placement of the controls, they're actually easier to read than vertical knobs and controls. My one criticism is the brightness and placement of the lone, interior light. It's just not enough and is easily blocked by whatever one has in the oven, so I find I have to open the door to check progress, losing heat in the process. More annoying than fatal.

Defective porcelain stovetop coating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range works well but is hard get clean after use. We ended up with a circular spot on the stovetop that will not come out. The repair person said he had to replace the stovetop. It’s only a month old. What it going to look like like in 10 years when it’s way out of warranty? Other than that it’s fine. Everything works as intended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #1 .GREAT LOOKING all around! Easy to install, worked perfect, easy to operate; oven is amazing (fast pre heat- bakes the same way & controls located in the right spot (on top) ;easy to keep clean with self held up metal grates. BEST move we made!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this range about a week, but I have used most of its functions and I love it! I especially like the Air fry feature, rather than using my counter top model, giving me more space. I love the look of the slide in, it is so clean & steam line. I also like the control panel on the surface, it is easy to get to, rather than reaching over the burners, & easy to view. Good storage for pans & lids on bottom. The burners ignite easily, and everything seems to heat evenly as it should. I was also advised by sales reps to go with WP appliances, as there are the fewest repairs, & if needed, has best servicing & part availability, compared to the competitors. As appliances are made "not to last", this has a better track record.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The wait is way too long to hold on a phone call - the chat, well, couldn't answer my questions. Sorry. THe range looks and works great once I found the user manual on line. So many new functions I am not used to use. Happy to have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Part of builders appliance package. It has been a long time since we owned Whirlpool appliances and quite satisfied so far. Always a learning curve when changing appliance brands. The range burners are well powered and takes a bit practice to find the right burner setting. Only issue is cleaning the front control panel of splatter without accidentally pressing buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have only used the cooktop so far but the burners works well and that long middle burner is great for griddle cooking. Wish the timer repeated itself rather than just going off one time when it finishes.
