[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it SEPTEMBER 5 .came with the wrong burners.they gave me the floor models burners the tried to cook thanks giving turkey. Oven didn't work. Called for service. They came out but it's still not fixed and they haven't given me any Idea when I will be able to use it. It's Christmas tomorrow and I can't cook again. Thanks whirlpool. You have ruined booth holidays this year. What a pice of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Manufacturing defects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my stove in November 2024. It worked great and I loved it. However after only 3 months of getting to enjoy my stove the oven stopped working. Technician came out and was great, but now I have to wait for the part for it to be fixed as it was a manufacturing defect. It’s been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for it to be repaired. Overall I’m dissatisfied with it breaking down after only 3 months of purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yay! Very capable gas/convection range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range exceeds my expectations. It was definitely worth waiting for. The burners are a lot hotter thany previous range. I love having the added air fry feature. The griddle burner actually works like it should. My old one never got hot enough to cook anything properly. And it's a very attractive range, even hubby noticed that.

No great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is not as deep as former Whirlpool range. Means I cannot put 2 cookie sheets in at the same time because they have to be placed crosswise instead of lengthwise. Timer is extremely puny. Cannot hear it unless you stay in the kitchen. Even in the next room it cannot be heard. I am very disappointed in this stove. You need to have more stoves on display in stores so one does not have to buy sight unseen. I do not like computer shopping. I want to see what I am getting. Also, store sold me the wrong installation kit and had to return it.

Flames too big, surface hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. The flames are too big! Even when I turn it down to the lowest, they're too big. To be fair, it's possible that it wasn't installed correctly and there's too much gas released.
2. Stove top surface is hard to clean. I've barely used it, and already there are spots and marks that I can't get off. Very disappointed.

SECOND SUPER NEGATIVE RATING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve rated this stove already. I give it a rating -10. I’m a home baker and this stove is useless to me. It doesn’t reach set temps and does not keep temps properly. I’ve spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get service and was unsuccessful.
You said someone would contact me. But so far Nothing. I’ll trade this stove for an upgrade.

Seems to hold it's temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knobs are too easy to turn on, if you bump in to it, its on. It's hard to clean because the surface under the burners is too deep. I would trade it for another model if I could.

upgraded stove

I purchased this stove a couple of weeks ago. I like it but there are a couple of issues that I wish I had known before I purchased. First of all, when you set the timer, it goes back to showing the temperature. There is no way to check and see how much time is left. When I tried to figure it out, I accidently turned the oven off without knowing. For the price of these new ovens, we should have all the bells and whistles. Other than standing right there in the kitchen, there is no way to know how much time you have left. The other issue is when the timer does go off, it's for a couple of seconds. Every time I cook on the stove I have to clean the top of the stove. because the black shows everything. Maybe someone can help me .
