[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought brand new and the burner wouldn’t light.Its just disappointing that quality control isn’t what it used to be. It’s like buying a brand new car and taking it back for repair as soon as you get get it.

Oven is not level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if it's the install or the oven itself, but my oven is not level. The front half of the stove is ~1\4 of an inch lower than the back half of the stove. Esthetically, it looks bad and it may cause issues when I use the oven for sensitive baking recipes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
