This is a great Food Processor ... BUT ... the unpackaging was so bad I thought about sending it back before I had fully opened it. I considered breaking the caddy and dealing with the consequences later. There is no way I would have guessed the clear nub (same color as the rest of the caddy) was to be pushed in, and then the whole thing slid off to open the caddy. I searched MANY YouTube videos to find this information (this information should be included in the Breville Unpackaging Video).

Love at First Dice

I first bought a Cuisinart, which was a big mistake. It doesn’t dice and seems to only purée and the parts were made with cheap plastic. I returned it and went back to searching. At only 9 cups, I was a bit nervous that it wasn’t big enough, but I was wrong. It’s the perfect size and the integrated storage is clutch. The only bummer was the blue matte color. A bit too matte and dark, but I like it better than the rest. It actually dices and minced well. I can’t wait to try the other accessories. Love
