The new VKX camera exceeds expectations

I have 8 V150 cameras spread over several remote properties. When the new VKX camera came out, I gave one a try. It performed so well that I have added three more. The field of vision and clarity of the picture and video on demand is a vast improvement over the V150 (which was pretty good, too). I particularly like the larger solar panel on the VKX. If I could make one change off an external plug-in solar panel so I can position a camera on the north side of a tree yet receive the sun's rays on the south side. Overall, Vosker has exceeded my expectations and is relatively reasonably priced for the premium annual package.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable, Durable, Extraordinary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a HUGE fan of this Vosker vkx security camera. It has worked amazingly, way better performance than my other brand cameras. The footage and sound is clear. Installation was easy. I did have minor help, but that was just so we could adjust the view of the camera. The camera itself is durable, even through our North Carolina rain. It is also very easy to maintain. My favorite part is that I can always check footage when I need to. You can pick the plan you want or need. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this to everyone. This product deserves five stars it is Reliable, Durable, Extraordinary!

I personally am not a fan of subscription services, but if you are looking for that this is a great option.

Terrible Do Not Buy

This camera is absolutely terrible. It’s either taking pictures constantly or it isn’t taking any at all for hours. I’ve tried low sensitivity and all the different settings and it will still send pictures non-stop for no apparent reason and then it won’t send any at all.
The capture modes and previews are really what make this camera terrible. On video mode the camera sends a preview but the preview very rarely shows what actually set off the camera. You end up with tons of previews that all look the same with nothing in them. You need to request the full video, which you only get so many of, to see what set off the camera.
Instead of the useless preview, they should send one picture of whatever set off the camera so you know what it was and then you can request the full video if needed.
The only reason this gets two stars is because the hardware is very solid and the picture/video quality is great. They just need to fix the motion detection and change the capture modes and this would be a 5 star camera. As it is now, it’s useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vosker A+ for durability

The vosker app is easy to download and get started. The product itself is very durable and comes with multiple ways to attach to wall or surface. The cons are that the pictures aren't that good, and the subscription price is more than other video systems. Overall I would recommend for the durability of the product.

Vosker vkx security camera is a quality product

Easy to follow directions for charging for the first time & setting up. Very nice heavy duty security camera for outside. The only issue I have is you have to pay for a monthly fee for an app just to use it.
