Good but over advertised

Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase, but it's not all it's made out to be. Sound quality is great. The HDMI EARC connection doesn't work consistently and I often still need to control the sound bar separately. The "extra" sound features (surround, voice, night, ext.) are barely noticeable I'm still not sure if they are worth it - yet I do still use them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has come to me twice looking like it was beaten with a bar kicked and stepped on from the dumpster and best buy thinks that's ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
