Dyson's OnTrac headphones near perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a pair of Dyson's new OnTrac headphones to test, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality, build, performance, and style of the product. The original pair I received, prior to the official release, did encounter a charging issue several days after I began using them, but Dyson's exchange procedure couldn't have been easier, and I was happy to receive a replacement product which has been functioning flawlessly.
The headphones are very well crafted and come with a unique, minimalistic carrying case and USB-C charging cable. The setup process is very straightforward using the myDyson app, which owners of any Dyson products are likely to be familiar with. Once paired with the myDyson app, users are given a plethora of information about listening habits, environmental details, and controls over the headphones' settings.
A distinguishing feature of the OnTrac headphones is its customizability, through the external ear cups and internal ear cushions, which can be swapped out for replacements of varying colors (easily ordered through the Dyson app or website). This allows customers to style their accessories to match their outfits and it seems like it should be the standard for products within this price bracket.
The sound quality of the headphones is some of the best I've ever experienced, and yet the headphones are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods. A "passive mode" for a 3.5mm audio jack to use the headphones on non-Bluetooth devices would be a nice addition, especially if the headphones' long-lasting battery is drained, or if you have difficulty pairing these headphones with older Bluetooth devices (outside of the myDyson app), which I did encounter in one case. Otherwise, these headphones are close to perfect and I recommend checking them out!

Best noise-cancelling headphones to date!

They're also extremely comfortable so I've used them for long meetings days and travel. The battery life is incredible at 55 hours and I appreciated the hardshell slip-case for easy storage when needed.

Dyson OnTrac: Comfort, Style, and Superior Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to test the new Dyson OnTrac Noise Cancelling Headphones for the past couple of weeks, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the experience they provide.
Look & Feel:
One of the biggest perks of this device is the customization options. You can personalize the ear cushions, exterior caps, and headband plates. Whether you prefer a minimal look or bold colors, the OnTrac headphones deliver. My unit came with CNC Aluminum caps and Yellow Cushions, and I love the combination.
Comfort:
The OnTrac headphones do have some weight to them, but the weight distribution is excellent. Considering they're made with premium external components, this is a crucial feature. The ear cushions isolate sound beautifully and are breathable for long listening sessions. I never felt the headband pressing too firmly on my head, nor did I experience any issues with clamping force. Overall, I'd give comfort an A rating.
Sound:
Besides comfort, sound quality is the most critical factor, and the OnTrac headphones excel here. In the default “Enhanced” sound profile, the bass is solid, mids are powerful, and highs are clear without being overwhelming. I tested them with various genres, and they didn’t disappoint. Volume isn’t an issue either—they can get as loud as you want without becoming deafening.
Noise Cancelling:
The noise cancelling performance is outstanding—among the best I've tried. There's no hissing or artificial sound when the noise cancelling is engaged, which makes for a truly immersive listening experience. It effectively blocks out ambient noise, allowing you to focus entirely on whatever media you are listening to.
Battery:
This is a standout feature. The OnTrac headphones have the best battery life of any headphones I've used in this class. I'm thoroughly impressed!
Improvements:
There are a couple of areas for improvement. Switching between multiple devices could be smoother, as you need to re-pair each time you switch. The transparency mode could be better, specifically in amplifying voices to make talking to others or taking calls a better experience. Also, a collapsible design would be great for saving space when storing them in a bag.
Overall, the Dyson OnTrac Noise Cancelling Headphones offer a fantastic mix of comfort, style, and top-notch sound quality. A few tweaks here and there would make them nearly perfect, but they’re already an excellent choice for anyone looking for a good pair of noise cancelling headphones with great style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love these headphones! The Dyson headphones are the first "high tech" headphones I have ever owned and they are so awesome. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. One of my favorite features is the noise canceling, which makes it easy to pay attention to what I am listening to. Another nice feature is when I pull them off the music automatically stops. I love all my Dyson products and these are top notch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have an outstanding dynamic sound, which is easily adjusted through the app. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and the battery life is better than expected, even with noise cancellation turned on. Noise cancellation easily reduces external noise. They are even great options for online meetings.

The sound is spectacular, probably because of the exceptional frequency range. The microfiber ear cushions make them the most comfortable headset I have ever used. I also
love that they charge quickly and the charge actually lasts for days!
It is also fun to be able to choose the color of your ear cushion and ear cap.
