This is the best TV that I have purchased. Great Picture, Lots of features, and best of all the price was a great value. The speakers are excellent, you don't have to raise the volume up high to hear the TV.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Excellent picture. Upgraded from 40" LCD TV. The video on this model is very crisp and life like.
Two items which would make this a more convenient operation. Have the USB and at least one HDMI on the side. Having to reach around the back to plug in a USB stick with pictrures.
The second is, using the remote while surfing the web is less than accurate and troublesome.

Outstanding picture and lots of menu options to tweak it to one's own taste. The sound is rather dismal, but an inexpensive wireless sound system fixes that. Built in WiFi is awesome, especially for this diehard streaming fan. Excellent product.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT TECHNICALLY SMART. THE SAMSUNG SMART TV SET UP GUIDE WAS SOMEWHAT EASY TO FOLLOW. THE VISUAL AID PICTURES WERE EASY TO FOLLOW WHEN SETTING UP THE TV. HOWEVER THE LED TV USER MANUAL LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED, WHEN SETTING UP THE REMOTE CONTROL, AND DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE APPS (WHICH WE STILL HAVE NOT DONE) WE ARE STILL TRYING TO FIGURE EVERTHING OUT. BEFORE WE THROW UP OUR HAND TO SURRENDER.
Pros: love the quality of the picture
Cons: set up & user manual is not user friendly

Huge let down

This was our first time venturing into Smart TV's. The Salesman assured me this would fit my needs and was a good tv. We had expectations of being able to stream cable or videos online. Which it can't always do. Can not stream cable tv because it needs Adobe Flash player. Which upon research I have found from other customers, it is not available to download and no resolution is ever offered from Adobe or Samsung. Very disappointed in this.
Also, it takes an exceptionally long time after turning the tv on for it to 'boot up' and be able to access the Smart Tv features. Once we turn it on it can take up to 2 minutes before we can access the apps like Netflix.
The APP section is very difficult to use. It has a section of suggestions, however I have yet to figure out how to delete unwanted suggestions and actually search for real apps. It has Pandora loaded, but we prefer a different music app and can't seem to get it on the tv.
The e-manual is basically useless. It has limited information, is hard to navigate and answer zero of my questions when it came to working the App section.
The adaptor slots on the bag of the tv seem very fragile. While unplugging/plugging in an HDMI cord it wiggles a lot and almost seems like you could push or pull the plug in out of place. Expected much sturdier quality for the price.
Very disappointed. I wish I would have done more research first and not relied on the salesman.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
