Product seems fine but one cat is scared to use it.

Easy to install but one of my cats won't use it. She howls when she goes near it and has an awkward way of jumping in and out so she doesn't have to touch the stairs. My other 2 cats are fine with it. Would have been 5 stars if all cats felt comfortable using it. Maybe add some treads or some other solution to make the stairs less slippery would make them feel more comfortable.

Robot ramp

Not For Older Cats

I bought the ramp for my 19 yr old cat. He gets along well enough, but he prefers to use steps when available. This ramp was too narrow for its height. I watched him fall off it once at the top. Another time it scared him as he was exiting the box and had to jump out sideways. Another time, the ramp was completely knocked over and off, so I do not know what happened. We removed the ramp for old man's safety so he can go in and out.

Great addition to litter robot

Litter robot stairs were a great addition. Makes it much easier for my cats to enter and exit unit. I added Drymat original cat litter mat and cut to stick onto the stairs. Helps a lot in catching litter (use crystal litter). It was easy to cut to fix stairs and my cats prefer the soft mat on their toes. One of my cat loves to sit on the stairs as it does the cleaning cycle. It was also very easy to install.
