Product seems fine but one cat is scared to use it.

Easy to install but one of my cats won't use it. She howls when she goes near it and has an awkward way of jumping in and out so she doesn't have to touch the stairs. My other 2 cats are fine with it. Would have been 5 stars if all cats felt comfortable using it. Maybe add some treads or some other solution to make the stairs less slippery would make them feel more comfortable.

Robot ramp

Not For Older Cats

I bought the ramp for my 19 yr old cat. He gets along well enough, but he prefers to use steps when available. This ramp was too narrow for its height. I watched him fall off it once at the top. Another time it scared him as he was exiting the box and had to jump out sideways. Another time, the ramp was completely knocked over and off, so I do not know what happened. We removed the ramp for old man's safety so he can go in and out.

It is slippery

It is ok.. I got it to make it easier for my older cats to get in the robot. It is all plastic and slick, the cats do not feel comfortable walking up it so they all jump in and out. Only good thing is this has stopped the one cat from peeing on the other step that is attached to the robot, since this one covers it. That black step is a real pain to clean and the engineering of the underneath that step is horrendous to try to clean. Very poorly designed.
