Nice, but doesn't fit inside Coastal Credenza

The ramp is decent and attaches to the LR4 nicely, but I had two issues with it. First, it didn't fit all the way inside the Coastal Credenza, which defeats the purpose of having furniture that hides the LR. Second, 4 out of 5 of my cats didn't use it; they all jumped over it from the side. I'm not sure if they would have gotten used to it and figured it out over time, but the main reason for purchasing it was to aid an elderly cat, and this made entering the LR even harder for her.

ONE CAT REFUSES TO USE IT

I bought the Litter Robot a few months ago. One cat began using it almost immediately, but the other one still uses the old litter box. When I took the old litter box away, he went on the floor. I've tried all the suggested tricks, but I may have to return the Litter Robot while I have the chance, because he refuses to use it. It does me little good if I still have to scoop a litter box.

My cats don’t use it, I bought it mainly for my 17 yr old and he jumps over it.

Appears to be well thought out and designed. I have two LR4's and six cats and used two metal two-step stools while waiting for the ramp to be released. I purchased a ramp to use instead of the step stool. When I went to empty the waste drawer every 2 days, I found the ramp was just in the way and I was used to sitting on the step stool while removing the waste bag and putting a fresh bag in. My cats and I are both accustomed to using a step stool with the LR4.

Best purchase ever!

The litter robot has made my life so much easier. With three cats, I was cleaning two conventional litter boxes about every three days. Now my kitties get to enjoy a clean litter box every time and I don’t have the hassle of cleaning the boxes so often. Would purchase again for sure!

The ramp fits nicely over edge and is helpful for cats that can’t climb as well anymore.

Litter robot 4 ramp

The litreboxes and terraces are made of plastic, so they fall out easily and there is more sand on the stairs, making the house desert and not having stairs. I bought a new one, but I don't use it.
