Service transfer was great - fastest so far. Data transfer took several attempts as the Samsung Smart Switch app wouldn't work as expected. The instructions should have said to move the SD card from old to new before starting - would have saved a bunch of time.

Love the new Samsung A15. It has 8 times the memory of my previous Samsung plus it’s Android 14 instead of Android 8. Works great and the Samsung Smart Switch transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone (must install it on the old phone first).
