I liked my old LG phone much better. This new Samsung has TOO MANY restrictions. Most things on this phone say "will not work with your plan"! The LG worked with everything that was on the phone, and was simple to use. GIVE ME BACK MY LG PHONE!!!

Decided to upgrade my phone and this one seemed to be my best choice. I prefer android and have really loved my other Galaxy phone. Set up and transferring took a little time because I'm a senior citizen and not a techie. But I got it done and all is good.

This is my 2nd Samsung phone so transferring all my contacts & data was easy with Smart Switch. It's a very nice phone. There's a lot of apps installed I will never use. Some you can't uninstall. My main complaint is it did not come with an adapter to attach to the cable to charge the phone. It is not USB drive standard. First thing you need to do is charge your phone to proceed & that made it impossible to do. Supplying a cable, but no adapter seemed like a classless move.
