I have reviewed the new 5g smartphone but have not activated it yet because my current 4g Tracfone is working so well and I am used to everything about it. I will save the new phone for future use. I rated it a 4 cause it looks and sounds great but can update it to a 5 later when activated and used awhile.
I really like this phone. When the Tracfone personnel completely failed to help me transfer the information from one Samsung to another, Samsung has an app that allowed me to do this without Tracfone and I will always be grateful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
