So much fun!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a big hit with our mermaid loving girl! She loved swirling the mermaid around in the water to reveal her mermaid’s top and fin! She also loved opening all of her accessories! The surprise elements make for such a fun gift / toy for a mermaid lover! My daughter plays with her every single day and she even goes in the bath with her!

Super Cute Color Changing Mermaid Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color reveal Barbie is so cute! The instructions were very easy to follow. My daughter loved watching the mermaid change colors. She was super excited to put the accessories on her and play with and pretend that her Barbie was swimming with her. It’s a great to bring out a kid’s imagination. The only thing was the streak of hair color that changes with water temperature wasn’t that vibrant but it’s really not a big deal.

Mesmerizing Mermaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattel’s 2024 Barbie Color Reveal Mermaid is a beautiful new addition to our collection. Our little girls were enchanted by the whole unboxing and reveal experience. After submersing Barbie in her plastic tube filled with warm water, they wiggled and swirled her around and up and down until the transformation evolved. The temporary coating on the doll disappeared and there appeared a beautiful mermaid with long shimmering hair that color coordinated with her vibrant mermaid “skin.” Her soft fabric fin is removable and interchangeable with other mermaids in the collection. Her surprise accessories include a seashell comb, necklace and tiara headdress. Although there is no makeup change with water, her hair does have that special effect. We love her but only wish that her body would bend so that she could “sit down.”

Beautiful surprise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie mermaid came in a cylinder with some surprise bags inside. My daughter likes that you can't find out until you tear them open, almost like each being wrapped like a present. She got the doll out and we found she needs to go back in the cylinder with water. We're in the bathroom filling this up, having fun of course. My daughter is so excited, she pulls the mermaid out and yells "she's beautiful." Now she has to clean her in the sink and we dump all the bluish water. We leave her to dry and open up the accessories. We attached them. The headband would not stay on or the necklace, so we tossed those aside. She added her tail and now has her mermaid complete. We've decided this toy can stay in the bathroom after my daughter tried sneaking a bucket of water into her room. My daughter loves the looks of this mermaid and likes her to swim with her. She only complained the mermaid can't sit. LOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie was honestly so much fun to do. I think 4yrs+ is a great age group for this one, it still required moms (or dads)help. Which in this case, mom is not complaining because I also had fun. I like that it came with its own tube with a fill line that made things easy peasy. Quality is on par with other Barbie products, the accessories are super cute too. Watching the swirl as she transformed was super cool as it left behind the glittery water. The transforming hair color streak was a nice little touch as well. Overall 10/10, and prepare to be asked if you can keep the shiny water. Lol.
