Quality is amazing, wish the features were better.

I got this guy a month ago, (Ash, 20L. Its a little darker then I was hoping) and so far its been amazing. Looks pretty much like new, Everything looks and feels like a deliberate choice with plenty of thought put into it, however some pointers could be implanted in a V3 (which, I would 100% buy if it had these)
First and most important issue to me is the laptop/ tablet sleeve. It fits a 16" M1 MacBook Pro, thicc body and all, and actually does it quite well. Its a little difficult to put in if the bag is full, but I'll let it slide because a) the laptop came after the bag, and b) technically speaking, the bag is supposed to fit a 15" MacBook Pro.
Less impressive is the tablet compartment. Its separates the laptop from the tablet, which is awesome, and can even fit a magic keyboard folio on a 12.9" iPad Pro, but while it fits, the grippy, silicon case makes it quite difficult to put in and take out. It becomes a two step process where I have to first remove my laptop, and then grab the iPad. Sure, If it wasn't in a case, it would move much more easily, but then the screen is exposed and risks getting scratched. a stiff, crush proof divider would make this section much better imo, even if it sacrificed some space or made the bag a little bigger.
Next issue is MagLatch. I mentioned the bag looks pretty much like new, and it is. It still looks really clean, there's no signs of visible wear on anything, except the MagLatch system. Because of the metal on metal contact, the hardware scratches really, really easily, and that sucks, because everything else looks so gosh darn good. A small plastic spacer would probably solve this issue, and could be incorporated with the top locking portion.
Finally there's the straps. They ooze quality, and feel like a premium seatbelt. They don't fray, and feel really good in the hand, but while the rest of the bag looks so clean, the straps have nowhere to go but flap around. If they could be tucked away somewhere it would be much, much better. Magnetic Shoulder straps are a blessing though, makes it very easy to put on and they never get in the way.

This bag is seriously the greatest bag I have owned. It can be used for anything. The dividers work great for camera gear or packing for a trip. The zippers allow access from many points and it's easy to carry.

Beautiful and very functional bag

I bought this bag (30L) to carry a camera body and six lenses along with lots of small accessories. First trip thoughts: The bag is beautiful and since it doesn't look like a camera bag, feels more secure. I like the zipper locks. Lots of interior pockets and adjustable laptop compartment makes it easy to access. All the zippers function flawlessly. Shoulder straps are magnetized to collapse and store against the body. I had to remember to pull them away from the body to get it on or else it was hard to "find" the second strap. All the hardware functions just as I want it to. Lens access was easy, but I had to remember which side which lens was on. I put an extra piece of foam on the inside bottom of the bag to protect my Canon R5 with the 100-500mm lens attached. Yes, it fits! The top compartment held lunch and a jacket. All-in-all, this is a carefully designed and well-made backpack!

Love this bag! I have friends and family who have this bag and every time I saw someone with it I got jealous. I love the dual side entry - I must admit it takes some getting used to, now I have a system. It carries weight really well, packs plenty of gear and is super durable!

I received this backpack about a month ago and love it more than I thought I would! I primarily use it as an everyday bag and sometimes a camera bag. I love the preconfigured "shelves" in the bag. I thought I'd rearrange them but actually love the different levels and the ability to customize them if needed. Also, the bag looks outstanding and professional. I attended a conference recently and got asked multiple times about the bag and its features. Just got back from Spring Break and the bag also served as an excellent day bag for beach trips and cycling riding around the area. If you're looking for a versatile bag that will stand the test of time, this is it!

I bought this a month ago and have been using it for both school and work since then and it has been the best backpack I’ve used. The compartments are super useful and I love how I can mold the interior to fit my gear. Would highly recommend!!!!! If you’re thinking about buying, just do it! So worth it.
