Very good, but might be more bag than I need!

Overall, this is a great travel bag! My favorite features are the shoulder and hip straps that stow really nicely, and the ability to go between the compact ~30L up to ~45L. This bag is very well made and is a joy to use!
I don't have any regrets choosing this bag, but I do think it is more bag than I need, since I am not a camera guy. A number of the features are directed towards traveling with camera gear, so I don't take advantage of them as a normie. But of course, I knew that going in and I would say I'm quite happy with the Peak Design 45L bag, I just don't think I would buy it full price as a non-camera guy because there are other good options out there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I researched travel backpacks and arrived at this one. I purchased on for an upcoming trip to the UK which will be carry on and public transportation only for 6 weeks. I liked it so much that my wife also purchased one. A little pricey, but so far it seems worth it.

Bought this bag recently along with some packing cubes and it has already changed the game for my short weekend travel. There are features everywhere and it helps me stay organized and compact. Before I’d be taking a carry on, a backpack, and sometimes tote bags as well whereas now it’s just this bag. I don’t find it too big for a daily if needed. Planning to take it to Portugal in a few months and see how it goes with this as my carry on. Great design!

Best bag I have bought

I researched all over the internet for a practical, good quality and comfortable bag for travelling. I decided to go with Peak design 45L travel backpack and what a solid bag! I love the design and construction of this bag and how much it can hold for trips. What also gives me peace of mind is its lifetime warranty knowing that if anything goes wrong, you are covered. It is a heavier bag but what do you expect when looking for a durable, solid construction that can withstand the rigors of travel. I am looking forward to it's many uses for many years to come.

We watched the informative and humorous video online and decided to purchase two of these backpacks. We were quite pleased with the quality and functionality of them. Looking forward to our trip to Europe in a few weeks!

A good behemoth!

I was positively surprised by how well designed and durable this backpack is after trying a more aesthetic and highly-marketed competitors insert that sorely let me down in functionality and quality. This thing is MASSIVE! I cannot emphasize enough how much stuff you can fit in there and also how heavy it is when that's all glass and metal camera gear🥵😄 it's got good support straps which help.

I received my 45L travel bag a couple weeks ago. I used it to pick up some dry cleaning. It was a lot of dry cleaning, but I got it all I to the bag. I haven’t travelled with it yet, but I watched the informative, and sometimes humorous, video about it many features carefully before making my purchase. I have not seen any manufacturing problems. It is a handsome, versatile bag. If I have any issues when travelling with it, I will post another review.
