Amazing Recovery Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compression and vibration really helps to relax the legs. I used these boots following a marathon and I think it has really helped with the soreness and stiffness that generally follows. I also found that it helped with easing the pain from knee and ankle injuries that comes from training, allowing me to get back to moving more freely. I love the different presets available and the ability to customize a session (length, pressure, vibration, red light).
At this time, there is no connection with the app (although there is a placeholder for it) to truly customize a session like which zones to activate, the vibration patterns or compression pattern. I look forward to the development of these features!
