Don't buy digital downloads from Best Buy

I bought this from BB's website; the activation email had an activation key, but did not have a download link to download the software. I chatted with help 3 times; each time I said that I received the activation code but there was no download link. Each time they read (or didn't read) that and then said: "Check your spam folder". So I repeated myself, each time they said they will ask for the email to be resent, and it still has not been resent. I thought of downloading the software directly from the manufacturer and using my software key, but apparently I'm not able to do that. I asked for a refund and they said "sorry we don't refund digital downloads".
No idea if I will ever actually get the software I paid for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Photoshop Elements 2025

Worked well immediately after I downloaded it. The 2025 edition is a major improvement over the the older version I had been using, but similar enough that it was easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
