One tiny drawback compared to the v1 version

I purchased a medium Camera Cube v2 to avoid having to lug around my large Camera Cube v1 when I didn't need to carry around everything including the kitchen sink. To my chagrin, the v2 Cubes side access panels are smaller than on the v1 cube. The v2 cubes are also 2cm smaller in depth. This makes the new design incompatible with attached battery grips: the cube bulges when closed, and the camera is too large to be removed from the side access panels. Other than that, great product.

I bought the large model to exchange it between my cabin suitcase and my 45-liter travel backpack. Now I have the impression that my Sony photography equipment consisting of 2 cameras + 5 lenses (200-600, 24-105, 85, 50 and 35mm) + Profoto A10 flash is more protected than ever. A good buy.

I am very happy with the medium camera cube. Excellent product!!
P.S.: The medium ist often to much storage for me. If the smedium would be with side access, it is an instant buy

Using it to makeshift a product I want

I got this large packing cube because it perfectly fits inside my small carryon roller luggage. Camera gear is incredibly heavy and I don’t want to pack for an entire wedding in my backpack or a duffel and I don’t like the hard shell roller 2-wheel carryons for gear that are on the market. I’m wanting 4 wheels & it be designed to hold camera gear with a hard shell but not look like it’s a camera bag. The packing cube is my solution to creating my one with a 4-bag I already have until hopefully peak design makes one eventually

Solid, but very very dusty/fluffy

Well made and at a good price compared to similar products from other manufacturers as far as I can make out.
But on first use, my camera and lenses that I put in it are covered all over in dust and tiny bits of fluff (from the lining presumably). I was honestly shocked and concerned for my gear - it's not environmentally sealed and I'd be surprised if some of this detritus didn't make it inside. I'm sure you could vacuum it out or wipe it all out before using, but it's not a good first impression and not something I've experienced with any other gear, let alone 'premium' gear like Peak's stuff.

Fantastic Organizers

I've had the V1s for a while and the V2s are just as good if not better. The shells feel firmer, the corners are sharper and thus fit better in backpacks atop of better internal space, the added grab handles are better, the flush lid is much nicer and makes accessing stuff inside easier, the materials and new dividers are SO much better, alone there worth the upgrade, and you always end up with extras to use later! These are easy to stack up in a closet or under your desk and just keeps everything neat up in one place or in a few cubes, you can see the pictures just HOW much stuff you can shove into these and still keep them fairly compact altogether in a closet, and I always keep one of them in my 45L travel backpack, easy setup and so dang modular.

Great build but my personal use case did not work

I bought the S and XS sizes of these cubes about a month or so ago. I thought given the dimensions of my setup a DSLR and a 70-200 would fit in the small size cube but alas I was JUST short. It fits if you remove the padding out of the top and have a bulge but it was too tight for me to feel comfortable with. The build quality is amazing as always just personally for me I am not running the small for JUST the lens and the XS for JUST the body. This cube is truly for mirrorless body setups.
