Very useful item if you have a lot of hard floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my previous Bissell steam mop which was 7 years old with the new Bissell spin wave steam mop which I'd definitely an upgrade from my previous one. The water reservoir is bigger and the mop pads are big and spin efficiently leaving the floor almost dry and very clean . I have travertine floors and am a senior citizen with painful wrists and hands and I can truly say that this product helps me clean them almost painlessly as it glides across the floor. It is slightly heavier (9lb) than my previous steam mop (6lb) but since it is self propelled it moves without any pushing. I highly recommend it if you have lots of tile floors and dread mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure up front: I received the product for free in exchange for writing a fair and honest review. That said... wow! I love this floor cleaner. It is so easy to use, it cleans exceptionally well. It has a light on it to show you where you are cleaning, it's more helpful than you'd imagine. It cleans REALLY well. Obviously you need to start off with vacuum or broom clean but then this machine cleans and sanitizes beautifully! We have an animal rescue and farm sanctuary. Our home is full of cats, dogs, rabbits and sometimes even a pig or goat is in the house. This product just works well. It's so easy to use, requires only water to clean and steam. It comes with two set of spinning pads so that you can still use the machine while one set is washing. Even that is easy, you just pop them off and put on the wash. Really, I was incredibly lucky to be able to test this for free but I would absolutely purchase this product, knowing how much I love it. It's fun to use, easy to use and does the job amazingly. Game changer.

SmartSteam clean floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried out the Bissell Spin mop. I like the 2 spinning heads and the steam or non steam feature. You can choose the floor type hard wood or tile which is nice has an electronic display. Only thing I didn't like is that it has some weight to it and its corded, would love to see a cordless option. But otherwise it did a good job steam cleaning my kitchen floor (which is tile) and went and did the hard wood floor in the Livingroom (changed the setting). The 2 spin pads are removable and can be washed and it came with 2 replacement heads. I also like that its just water and no chemicals.

Really gets the though dirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin wave really steamed and sanitized my hard wood floors. There were even a few scuff marks I could not get out and this did it for me. It heated up quickly and easily used with the two different settings. I did mostly use the sanitizer mode because we currently have a crawling baby and every time this is used. Floors are spotless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with this steam cleaning mop! It was easy to use and cleaned my floors spotless! Spinning pads make it easy to push and as someone with a bad back I am very pleased with this! Pads were very easy to remove for cleaning! Love that the mop didn't leave my floors sopping wet like other mop systems I've used before! The Spinewave uses minimum water and dries quickly because of the steam! Would definitely recommend this mop!

I received my SpinWave and have used it a few times. I definitely would recommend this product and will still continue to use it faithfully. I have used other steam mops, but they haven't had the spin option to fully clean up my wood floors. It is compact and easy to use. It was a very simple assembly to get it going. This item does all of the hard work for you! I love the length of the cord also. Some other products have such a short cord, you have to move from plug to plug~ not the SpinWave! I can cover so much area with one plug! If I saw this online through Bissell, I would buy it! I am going to recommend to my friends and family that have wood and tile floors. The water lasts a long time in the receptacle. Thank you Bissell for offering another amazing product!

I am IN LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have mostly hardwood floors, some finished concrete flooring in our home, and we have pets. We desperately needed a good steam cleaning system, so when I had the opportunity to try Bissell's SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I was beyond thrilled. The name just says it all, and it does exactly what it says! It's surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to move around the floors, and it can easily be maneuvered into smaller spaces as well. I was shocked when I saw the two mop pads after the first use. When I tell you they were black - omg! I knew our floors needed a deep cleaning, but I had no idea that they were in that bad of shape. I'm so happy to have this amazing steam mop because we needed it more desperately than I'd ever imagined, and it absolutely gets the job done. It comes with two additional mop heads so you can keep cleaning even while the other two are in the wash! Also, even though they were completely black after the first steam mop, they washed up nicely! They came out of the washer looking totally new and white again, and they're also safe to pop in the dryer. I love the convenience, and I love this steam mop! My only concern is why didn't I have something like this sooner?! It's a must have for hardwood, concrete or any floors besides carpet, and I'll never be without a spin mop from Boswell again. I've used Bissell products in the past, but never have I been this blown away with any of their products I'd tried before. This gives me a whole new perspective and appreciation of the brand, and I am now a huge fan for life! I also love what they do for animals through the Bissell Pet Foundation, and the Empty The Shelters program, more specifically. If you're not familiar, check it out - they mention it often on their social media pages. But again, this SmartSteam Spin Mop is nothing short of revolutionary in the world of cleaning. A must-have steaming, ultra sanitizing superhero cleaning device that is guaranteed to impress!

A must have for parents and pets owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Bissell for letting me try this in return for my honest opinion. I have used this several times of the past couple of weeks. I currently have a small child. 2 cats and 2 dogs in my home. I have lvp hardwood flooring. This worked great on my floors left no streaks. No damage. I was able to get up different things, such as crayon on the floor. I was also able to get up a dried pet accident that was hidden behind my couch with just a few swipes. It's very easy to use it does take just a minute to heat up before using. I did wash the pads a couple of times and laid them out flat to dry, I did notice after the second wash, there were a few strings on each pad that needed to be cut off. Some of the things that I did love about. It was that it has a light on the front, whicg makes it easy if you're not in a well-lit room or need to be in a room where it's dark, you can still see what you need to get up. It's not loud, it's really quiet, which is great for us parents when you need to clean up a mess and your child is asleep and you don't want to wake them. I do wish that it came with a base to set it on and that it stood up better on its on. I also love the fact that this has sanitize option. I would highly recommend this for any home. Especially those homes with small children and pets. This is a great for clean ups and I love that pad's are removable and washeable, and you don't have to use any harsh chemicals, it's just water.
