[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to clean bathroom tile floor and laundry room vinyl floor. It worked good for both. It's a bit heavy y itself but even heavier with water. When unpacking, I took the small piece of tape off the screen over the LED light and the screen came off. This probably needs to be addressed.
Pros: Easy to use, Pet Cleanup, Would Recommend
Cons: Multi-Surface, Small Spaces, Tile Floors

I was able to quickly read the instructions and learn how to use and easy to use and great results. I would definitely recommend anyone with hard floors to get to help keep them clean! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell SpinWave Spin Mop is superb. The design is easy to use and you're ready to clean right away. The steam cleaning coupled with the two large spinning mops allows for even a large living room floor to be cleaned quickly and well. The mop head assembly turns easily as it cover the floor. Without doubt the steam and mop combination together clean floors without added soaps or chemicals. The generous chord allows for uninterrupted use. The onboard water reservoir is detachable and easy to fill. I have used other cleaner's in my home and this one provided to me to try has impressed and I wish I had tried it earlier. Advantages include easy use, no chemicals just steam and robust design. A very nice design that also allows easy storage as it stands up and can be put in the corner or closet.

Phenomenal steam cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used a steam cleaner before using this product. And I am now a total convert! It cleaned my floors better than any other mop or cleaner I've ever used! And I love how out works on any hard surface, as we have tile and hardwood in our house. It's very easy to setup, and using it is a breeze! There are convenient clips on the back to wrap the cord around that also fold down when not in use. It stands upright by itself, so you don't need to lean it against a wall. Water chamber easily connects after refiling with water. It comes with 2 sets of 2 scrubbing pads so you will always have a set ready to go when the other is dirty. It's very slim and stores pretty much anywhere. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to clean the hard surface floors in the kitchen and dining room. At first use attempt, I was unable to get the mops to spin. After all the troubleshooting, I finally found out the handle wasn't fully connected. After that it's been smooth running! Cord length is great and it sanitizes the floor well.
