Effortless Cleaning!

We have an 11-year-old kid and a crazy dog whose daily comings and goings can be challenging to keep up with. We are also a family who loves to cook at home, which adds to the everyday mess of drips and spills. The kitchen, front and patio door areas, and master bathroom floors are the most affected areas that need frequent cleaning. We had been using a basic steam mop that hadn't been all that effective in cleaning the floors. It mostly just pushed the grime around without actually picking it up. Fortunately, we could try out the Bissell SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, a game-changer. It is incredibly sturdy, and while it is significantly heavier than our previous mop, the powerful spinning parts make it easier to move and maneuver around the floors. It practically propels itself! It comes with two replacement mop heads, which can be washed in the washing machine, making it convenient to keep using the mop while one set is in the wash. The best part of having a steam mop is that it sanitizes the floors, leaving them sparkling clean and germ-free. We have used other Bissell products and have always been happy with the quality. If you're thinking about getting a steam mop, we highly recommend investing in a high-quality one like Bissell's SpinWave, which delivers excellent results and makes cleaning a whole lot easier and, dare I say, fun!

Iam in my 80's and need something that will do an excellent job with little effort on my part. This machine is perfect for for my needsand I highly recommend it!

Great for laminated floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in exchange for my honest review. So we have mostly laminated floors and hardwood floors in our home. They are always getting filthy dirty so when the opportunity to try this sanitizing mop came along, I took it! It does exactly what you would think it does. It's pretty light as far as weight goes so if you can't lift very much this shouldn't be a problem. It also fits nicely into smaller spaces while cleaning which is a BIG plus for me. It come with two extra mop heads so if your in the middle of washing the two you were using, you still have a pair to use. They are very easy to wash and come clean very nicely. You can even put them in the dryer without having to worry about them falling apart. So yes, I would definitely recommend this mop.

Deep Cleaning Dream

I have needed one of these for so long, but never purchased one. I have a multiple pet home; bunnies, cat and dogs. This makes cleaning up behind them a dream. Pet odors are gone after just one use!! I have hardwoods in the majority of my home and never felt like they were getting cleaned thoroughly. This SpinWave SmartSteam mop is lightweight, easy to use. All you need is Water! It has a super long cord that makes it very convenient to use without having to stop and plug to another outlet. It has a digital screen that gives you all of the options for different floor types, etc. There is a large water tank on the back, which is easy to fill and empty. I just LOVE IT!! This would also be great for families with small children! I Highly Recommend this to anyone that wants their floors to feel sparkly clean.

Leaks water everywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad that I got this item for free to review as it leaks water everywhere! It's missing a screw that connects the scrubbing head to the handle - but that didn't bother me. As long as you don't completely lift up the machine it stay connected. But nothing seems missing from the main handle where the water container sits so I don't know why the water leaks out everywhere. The instructions were rather useless as it only suggested to reinstall the water container. I tried to test it out regardless of the water leaking. It is rather heavy but once on it glides easily. It would become a hassle to carrying it around to various rooms since it has no wheels. It's very quiet and the digital display is very nice. It gets up to temperature quickly - but since you can't just plug it in and start cleaning I wouldn't use it for quick clean ups. You have to wait for the machine to be ready. Due to the weight of the machine and the issues I had right out of the box, I can not recommend this floor cleaner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
