Absolutely amazing home steamer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This two headed steam mop is extremely powerful for your house! It quickly heats up and makes cleaning so easy! When you're finished cleaning, just remove the two pads from the steamer and toss them into the washer or hand wash them. I love my new steamer!

Loving This Scrubbing and Sanitizing Mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a few weeks now and am overall very pleased with it. To start, it was very easy to assemble. Instructions are included with the mop in case you need guidance, but the mop was intuitive enough to assemble without the instructions. The product does require distilled water, so this is something you will need to have on hand to use the machine. I used both a scented option (Eucalyptus Mint) that I purchased online and regular distilled water during my several cleaning sessions. Once assembled, I was cleaning the floor in minutes. You do need to be careful as the water is heating up, as the rotating pads will have the tendency to take the machine away from you and across the floor. Keeping a firm hold on the mop as it heats up is key. I used the mop on many surfaces (hardwood floors, laminate floors, and tile) and it worked very well on each of the surfaces in my house. The mop is able to be flattened quite nicely to go under some shelving that I had in one of my rooms, and it has a nice rotation to get under most cabinet and similar type spaces. The pads clean easily in the sink by hand or the laundry, and you have an extra set of pads to use while one set is in the wash. I don't currently have pets, but I would recommend it to others looking for a safe and effective way to clean your floors whether or not you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try out the Bissell SpinWave SmartStream Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I had high expectations based off of my experience with other Bissell floor cleaning products that I own. However, after attempting to use this product I quickly learned that the water tank was steadily leaking all over my floor, the machine was heating properly but steam was not being released and the machine continuously shut down, I presume as a safety feature due to temp. settings. After spending about 2 1/2 hours trying to get mop to stop leaking from the water tank and release steam I had to give up on trying and clean my floors an alternate way. I believe that the spin mop I received is defective so my review is pretty neutral aside for the non working factor because the quality of item itself appeared great, and appeared easy to use to the point that I had very high hopes that it would surpass my expectations and planned to replace my Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro but unfortunately item is not functioning correctly. Total bummer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, floors look great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in exchange for a review. It was super simple to put together. I love that all you need is water (you can purchase Bissel solution with a scent if you want). With 3 small kids it was so nice to know that with water and the high temperature steam, my floors were getting sanitized within seconds. It's light weight and easy to use. I love that the mop pads can be cleaned in the washer. The water tank is decently sized to where I could clean my floor without having to fill half way. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone with tile, hard wood floors.

Best Mop Ever!

The steam function heats up very quickly. My whole house is hardwood floors and tile so this mop is a game changer. Easily cleans up spills my baby makes as well.
