Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spin mop works great! The cleaning solution is easy to use and sanitizes my floors with ease. The recently moved and had a lot of dust and dirt as a result but the mop tore right through the dirt without any problems and now my floors look good as new. It is light weight and easy to use, and the scrubbing portions of the spin mop makes it way easier to mop compared to a traditional mop or compared to mops that don't scrub. I plan on using this far into the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have mostly hardwood floors, some finished carpet flooring in our home, and we have pets. We desperately needed a good steam cleaning system, so when I had the opportunity to try Bissell's SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I was beyond thrilled. The name just says it all, and it does exactly what it says! It's surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to move around the floors, and it can easily be maneuvered into smaller spaces as well. I was shocked when I saw the two mop pads after the first use. When I tell you they were black - omg! I knew our floors needed a deep cleaning, but I had no idea that they were in that bad of shape. I'm so happy to have this amazing steam mop because we needed it more desperately than I'd ever imagined, and it absolutely gets the job done. It comes with two additional mop heads so you can keep cleaning even while the other two are in the wash! Also, even though they were completely black after the first steam mop, they washed up nicely! They came out of the washer looking totally new and white again, and they're also safe to pop in the dryer. I love the convenience, and I love this steam mop! My only concern is why didn't I have something like this sooner?! It's a must have for hardwood, concrete or any floors besides carpet, and I'll never be without a spin mop from Boswell again. I've used Bissell products in the past, but never have I been this blown away with any of their products I'd tried before. This gives me a whole new perspective and appreciation of the brand, and I am now a huge fan for life! I also love what they do for animals through the Bissell Pet Foundation, and the Empty The Shelters program. But again, this SmartSteam Spin Mop is nothing short of revolutionary in the world of cleaning. A must-have steaming, ultra sanitizing superhero cleaning device that is guaranteed to impress!

Powerful Sanitization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Spin and Sanitization Mop is a lifesaver for parents and pet owners like me. We have 2 cats, a dog, and 2 small children. They all equally love to make messes, but this mop tackles them all - from sticky juice spills to muddy paw prints. The magic is in the spinning pads that loosen gunk, and the sanitizing solution that zaps away germs. Plus, it's light and easy to move around, even under furniture and in corners. So, whether it's a breakfast-gone-wrong situation or muddy footprints tracked in, this mop gets the job done fast. This mop is a game-changer for messy homes!

Sweet Bissell Steam mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently gave this a try on my hardwood and vinyl floors, and it worked incredibly well! I absolutely love the vibrant blue color. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the tank size since it seemed small, but to my surprise, I was able to clean my entire house without running out of water. There are a couple of things I wasn't too thrilled about though, such as the limited access to the tank when the cord is wound up and the small water inlet hole. However, it's not a dealbreaker and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it.

Issues right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product in exhange for my honest review and feedback* I was so excited to try this mop! We have 2 large dogs, a cat, and a 3 year old that thinks it's fun to squirt applesauce all over our hardwood floors and thought this would be a perfect solution to the endless scrubbing. Unfortunately after putting it together, adding the distilled water, and following the operating instructions multiple times, I have been unable to get this dang thing to work. I got a tiny puff of steam for a few seconds, then a repetitive buzzing sound, and then after about a minute the mop stopped and told me to add water despite the tank being nearly full and definitely clicked into place. This repeated a bunch of times and I just couldn't get it to work. Also I really wish it was wireless. It's self driving and swivels and the cord is so long (which is great and problematic) that it was easy to drop and or get wrapped up in. The one good thing I'll say though is that it pulls itself along very easily and doesn't require any scrubbing effort which was lovely, but its fairly heavy and I could see someone like my grandmother struggling with moving it around. This seems like a great product to the people who could get it to work, I'm guessing mine is just defective. Super bummed.

Exactly what I needed. A necessity in my life now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the bissell spinmop after using a regular vaccum. It scrubs and sanitizes the floor heating up to 205 degrees. My floors looks new after using this on it. It literally polishes it spotless. Extremely easy to use. If you have pets/kids, you NEED this. No need to use chemicals to sanitize when you can use heat. Has a long cord.

Steam with little effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I'm super excited to clean my floors with this new technology thanks to Bissell for sending me this amazing steam mop for free to give my honest feedback. The machine is a little heavier than older models I had from the brand but is way easier and with less effort I can clean a bigger area. Worked great on my laminate and tile flooring. The instructions were easy and simple to assemble so I was able to put together in less than 5 minutes. The only thing i didn't like is that I can't really add a cleaning product to the liquid tank just water and essential oils. So you might have to sweep/vacuum and then use the steam mop as a last step to sterilize the floor. Things that I like better on this steamer compared to the older model I had. * Moves by itself with just holding the handle - no need to push and pull with big effort. *Temperature shows on scream so you can tell how how the steam is * Pads are washable and comes with 4 pads - when two are being used the other two are clean for next time. * Cable is super long - I can clean my kitchen and bathroom without unplugging. * The machine stands by itself no need to lean on the walls for support.
