I like the product overall, with a few things I'm unsure of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product on tile and hardwood floor. I have several pets and it seems the steam mop made quick work of built up grime on the floor that a regular swiffer could not get off. The spinning action can be a little clumsy if it catches the wall or an uneven floor, taking two hands to regain control of. The awkwardness is not dangerous, just odd when you see the mop shift 6 inches away all of the sudden. I would recommend purchasing this product for those with pets or who have hard surfaces that regularly build up dirt and grime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this once. One time. It's kinda heavy. The cord is so long it caught in the steamer and wore off a piece of the cord. I like it but I don't and I've had several BISSELL steam mops. It cleans well that I love. But the cord I gotta pick it up with one hand and the mop on the other . Annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop works really well right out of the package. You don't need to use any special cleaning products, just water. It heats up quickly and the spinning mop heads easily propel it along your floor. It's kinda fun to watch! It doesn't use a lot of water so your floor dries quickly too. For stuck on spots, you just run the mop over it a couple times and it's gone! I was honestly surprised how well this cleans and how easy it was to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was packaged well but I was missing the Bissell formula that was suppose to co.e with it. I was surprised by the weight heavier than what i thought it would be. Easy assembly. A piece of packing tape was on digital face and when i pulled it off the face came with it. I used distilled water as I didnt have formula. Directions say to have water at 140 degress but dont boil or microwave, which my water was at room temp. It took about 30 mins to warm up to the right temp to produce steam. When rotating mops were engaged it glided over the floor easily. The cord is long which is a blessing and a curse. I got cord wrapped up in mop heads twice. Beware of cords or rug tassels it happens quick. The water canister is small but I was able todo about a 500sq ft area with it. All in all i give it a 3 out 5 because of weight, how easy it can tangle something up, time it took to heat water,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin mop arrived just in time for my monthly deep cleaning of my house. My home was built in 1906 and that area is famous for lovely wood floors in my city. The mop was packaged well and there was no damage to the product upon delivery. The spin mop comes with extra cleaning pads, and the pads are reusable! You just throw them in the wash and they're good to go for the next deep cleaning. You do not need to purchase any cleaning solutions for the mop, which is nice because the cleaning solutions I prefer tend to cost a bit more. You only need to use distilled water. I do wish the mop was a tad bit lighter, but I was able to clean all my floors on both levels with no issues. I really enjoyed how flexible the mop was, as it cleaned under our beds and claw foot tub quite easily. The mop even has a little light that makes cleaning under things easier! It we even able to remove old dried paint from our floor. Paint that i hadn't been able to remove by hand. I 100% recommend this product!

Nifty little mop that works hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the ability of the SpinWave to get my floors clean. I didn't have to use many passes over tough spots, It was light to maneuver, putting it together and figuring out the controls was intuitive, and I loved how it could get into spots my other steamer mop can't. The light is also great. What I don't enjoy is the jerky motion, how it will shut off automatically in the upright position (impossible to clean stairs this way), and how the water reservoir is so extremely small. Oh, and that it is corded. I didn't think there was corded anything anymore in 2024. I kept tripping over it and accidentally mopping it.
