Lightweight and Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly, my original 20v Worx string trimmer (purchased early in Worx' tenure) conked out after many years of service (and a fair share of rough usage on my end). I recently replaced it with the 40v Power Share 13" String Trimmer and I couldn't be happier! Worx really upped their game with this lightweight and super-powerful trimmer. The fit and feel are perfect; the dual-batteries at one end skillfully balance the trimmer head on the other end -- no awkward balancing or tired forearms! This makes my 15th Worx product (including their awesome mower). There's no need to shop elsewhere!

Quality build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am upgrading my current Worx trimmer giving my daughter the old one. It is a quality-built piece, and the wheels are very useful for edging. In comparing it to the original 20V version, there are some things that I don't like as much. I think this one is too long and isn't adjustable like the previous one is. I'm not sure the adjustable string guard will hold up without a lock like the old one had, but we will see. I was also told that this one was a dual string but is a single string. I will use it and it will do a fine job, but I would buy the 20V GT the next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great power, pole not adjustable

I love WORX products and own a mower, trimmer, edger/trenches, inflator, and many more products. This has great power. My only dislike is the pole is not adjustable. I'm short, 5'2" so it's a bit long for me and I can only use it for a short bit of time before my back and shoulders start to ache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The WORX 40V cordless string trimmer is very light weight, well balanced, and very powerful. I absolutely was amazed at the power of this trimmer. It is able to clear out tall grasses, ferns, undergrowth , etc. with ease. It is so light weight and balanced that you do not get hand or arm fatigue while using it.
I highly recommend this trimmer!

Like it better than the gas trimmer I had before

I bought this trimmer because my mower batteries are compatible. It works great. It has plenty of power, the auto line advance works great, it is fairly light in weight and is quiet enough to use pretty much anytime without bothering the neighbors. It always starts unlike my old gas trimmer. I don’t have to worry that the gas has gone bad. And it doesn’t make you smell like 2-cycle gas fumes. I do love this trimmer.
