I never though I'd write a review about packing cubes

Honestly, I couldn't recommend these more. I have told everyone I know about them and probably generated 50% of Peak Design's revenue in just referrals. In all seriousness, I own 6 of the packing cubes. They're amazing and I very much appreciate being able to separate clean and dirty clothes.
the only thing I wish they had were different colors, so that I could easily tell what was in each bag.
So apparently, I'm a bit of an organisation freak – this is a new thing I've learned about myself – and these cubes (medium and small) are literally the perfect shape and size for a two week trip. If you're into minimal(ish) packing, the small cube easily fits a microfiber towel, three pairs merino wool socks and 7 pairs merino wool boxers. The medium cube easily handles an extra pair of jeans, 3 merino tees, 2 merino hoodies – with space to spare, so if you're like me and buy a lot of stuff when you're abroad – then you really shouldn't worry if you're using these cubes. OCD satisfied. Excellent quality product and most importantly, OCD satisfied.
At first i didn't think a packing cube would ever be something that would excite me, but i am now obsessed with this one. The compression feature works incredibly well, and allows me to truly utalize all the space in my travel backpack. I also love that they thought to add a pocket for dirty clothes! They thought of everything and i am now a packing cube enthusiast!
The packing cubes make transporting clothes as inconvenient as can be, I can fit enough clothing for a weekend (2-3 t-shirt, a pair of pants and few socks and unmentionnables) in the compressed small packing cube. It truly allows you to pack efficiently clothing in your backpack. The dirty clothes compartment is very handy, and being able to quickly take only your clothes when showering is awesome !
I'm a big fan of packing cubes. They make life a bit easier when traveling. Using that line of reasoning these are the absolute best packing cubes I've ever used. They're so well thought out and designed. The compression zipper works great. I love the separate pocket to put my dirty clothing inside. The whole thing is just too notch. I originally got one of each size during the Kickstarter campaign. I liked them so much I bought several more. The medium size is perfect for jeans, jackets, and sweaters. The small size is great for everything else.
Better than Eagle Creek or Anything Else Out There

The materials on these packing cubes are better than any other brand out there. The pull apart zipper, robust compression section, and hardy stretch fabric makes you believe you can actually *use this* and not blow out a seam (like some other Kickstarter packing cubes). Buy these and if you don't like them I have a mountain of Eagle Creek cubes I'll trade you for just one of these.
I am excited to write this review because PD products are so good that it's hard to forget that the company isn't perfect! The fast opening lid is interesting and helps you get a clean pair of socks out as quickly as humanly possible... if that is something that you have ever been concerned with. The trouble with this design is that it takes longer to close than a single wrap-around zipper, and it makes it difficult to compress things inside the cube because the lid unzips itself. Still, these packing cubes are lightweight and well made, and I do appreciate the separate zippered pocket for dirty items. I look forward to a revised model.
Never thought much about packing cubes, but I absolutely love them. I am OCD when it comes to organizing all things in my life, and packing cubes are a game changer. I have since looked at several other brands as well, but Peak Design is head and shoulders above the competition. Like everything I have from them, I can't recommend it enough!
