The life time warranty is real, enough say.

I have been using an everyday backpack everyday for 7 years since it was on kickstarter, it is still functioning well just the zipper is getting old and loose. Just contact them regarding this issue. Just a few steps and questions, they sent me the new replacement bag.

Best bag I've owned

One of, if not the best bags I've ever owned. I was given a V1 as a gift 7 years ago and it lasted forever, showing minimal wear except one place where the stitching came undone. I've since replaced it with a V2 and it's even better. Solid construction, not to heavy, and keeps my things safe and dry!

Best backpack I've ever had!!

I travel a lot and my backpacks take a beating. Not the case with the Everyday Backpack. I've had mine for a little more than three years. It still looks new. What I like: I removed some of the dividers to create a larger upper section and smaller section at the bottom for my cables and whatnot. I can open the bag from the top or any side for quick access. I am frequently asked about the bag at airports and coffee shops when people see me digging through it. The build quality is outstanding, everything is tight, and the magnets are really strong.

After two years plus, this bag is definitely a favorite. The one-handed top loading design, with horizontal decoders, is very convenient for my daily office usage. In general, the bag is always there for me, with weather resistant and endless possibilities of how to carry more and more staff and withstand time with ease.
Downsides will include the bulky nature of this ragged materials, somewhat heavy weight, less than optimal easy accessibility to daily small things. One more thing, one of the magnet embedded inside the sholder straps, went loose. PD replaced the entire bag without any question asked. Super impressive level of service, and stands behind the brand promise. Made me super happy.

Best bag I could want

This has been one of my best purchases ever. I’ve used this bag for 4 years while travelling around the world and it’s never let me down, it’s easy to use, reliable and then when the zipper started to wear, I was able to replace it without any questions.

I had a zipper malfunction and sent in the warranty form. The response took a couple of days but after the process was complete I received the replacement very quickly

I’ve been buying PD products since they first came out with their original Everyday Backpack, and there’s a reason why I now have something like 8-9 of their products. They’re just that great in quality, functionality, and aesthetics. And in the rare case when something breaks, PD really does live up to their lifetime warranty, which is how I ended up with the Everyday Backpack v2. It has almost every bit of functionality of the v1 with some enhancements that I enjoy. And working with their customer service was super easy. 11/10, would recommend!
