Amazing Quality and Functionality!

I haven’t bought a lot of expensive backpacks but I was excited to get this. I bought it without seeing it in person but decided to order it after watching a lot of YouTube videos on it. I wanted something I could put my camera and electronics in when traveling. I can put my sling in the bag if I really wanted to although it’s a tight fit it works for compact traveling. I was amazed by the quality, feel and the compartment size of the backpack. My favorite feature so far is the magnetic straps. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone regardless if you are a photographer or not!

Everyday 20L

've yet to use it, it's still in mint condition!
Checking through the bag, in comparison to the gen 1 Everyday backpack,
a. I already like the fact that the straps has the magnets to keep them in a defined position.
b. I also noticed the lower back support of the bag is now using a different material (compared to gen 1, which degrades after some years of usage).

Another great PD product. I have multiple bags and love them all. Durable materials, high quality, nice design. I like the access from the top or sides and the FlexFold dividers to configure the inside as needed. The magnets that hold the carry straps in place could be a little stronger, but not a deal breaker. I have only had it one month and will be using it on a trip to Iceland as my day bag with full size DSLR, raincoat and other clothes. My other bags have done well and have traveled in the states and overseas. Thanks PD!

Fantastic bag layout poor strap comfort under load

I got the 20L in XPac on sale and it's a great overall design with a highly organized layout. Absolutely Love this bag except when I wear it. The straps are terrible and there isn't enough cushion to support the load. If they fixed the straps, it would be perfect. Unfortunately, the straps lack of comfort is a major flaw that is widely mentioned in the reviews here and in several backpack forums online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, this is my third backpack ((30L) and use this one for my diving gear. First of all it is made of renewal material of fishnets and the color is realy beautyfull. The acces from the top and side makes it perfect to grab the octopus from the bottum of the backpack without unloading. Strong as ever but not cheap

Good looking but uncomfortable, needs rework
on June 2, 2026

I purchased this backpack for a trip and it was fairly good but not great. First of all, it is not comfortable at all. If you plan to do a whole day of walking with camera gear, it's really going to hurt your back and shoulders. It keeps the weight all up on top of your shoulders and shoulder blades, and is extremely uncomfortable. Also, inserting the dividers is very tough and not very practical how they are folded. I wish there were an option to have a divider that's split in the center vs in thirds. If you have two smaller lenses, you have a big void in the inside that just wastes space. Also, the way the dividers are set up, there's no really easy way to even put the camera body inside. The pockets and other things are good, but I often found myself struggling to recall where I tucked items and ended up having to search all the time, and it was very annoying and not what I wanted to do when I was trying to find something. The way the chest strap attaches is veery difficult to take the pack off, and you can't quickly detach and take off the pack.
Overall, I think the back is good but needs to go back to the drawing board. It's not set up for practical use and is just too uncomfortable for long term daily use on a vacation.

Great quality, great feature

Bought this bag a couple weeks ago. The bag is high quality, each feature is designed carefully with usage and comfort focused. If I wished for a thing in this bag, a section for my camera (big) accessories like chargers, lens hoods, ... highly recommend!
