No indicator for intensity level

The unit, manual, FAQ all fail to tell what intensity level is what color. This means if you need it to stop squeezing your toes so hard, it is a guess what level the white, blue, and green colors mean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too small

Not designed for larger foot size. No heal massage. Had to return.

A great purchase

I used this while getting my hair done and had to get one for myself. It is wonderful, helps with swelling and tired feet. My husband has bogarted it.

Could have been great but isn't.

The Messaging system works great however, 2 gripes. First the feet position is not designed for men, what I mean is the position is too close together and men have things that make it difficult to place feet together comfortably should have placed an inch or 2 spacing between feet positions. 2nd the quality is not there, First device I recieved the left foot message parts stopped working device replaced with 2nd device after a couple months the right foot message parts make high pitched whining noise. Either quality control is terrible or the materials used are subpar.

Great mid foot to toes massage. Nothing on the heels. And the compression can be painful. Going to return it and get something with no compression.

Foot Massager Instructions
Startup:
- The foot massager starts on Program 1 with the heat function off.
- All lights are white except the heat light.
- Each program lasts approximately 15 minutes.

- Press the Heat button to toggle between off (white) and on (red).

The Perfect Foot Massage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down this has given me the greatest foot massage of my entire life! The air cushions that are built in are just perfect and they put the perfect amount of pressure down on my feet in order to give me a deep tissue massage with many different settings for Speed and modes. There's also a built-in heat system that can really get the blood flowing. Overall I am thoroughly impressed and would absolutely purchase more Homedics products in the future this knocked it out of the park for me! After hours of walking running and jumping from work and workouts this is the greatest relief I could ask for. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family looking for pleasure in the convenience of their home. ❤️

Light feet stress relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Homedics Shiatsu + Air 4.0 Foot Massager with Heat has some great features, but it fell short of my expectations. While the shiatsu massage and air compression do provide some relief, the heat function barely gets warm, which doesn’t help with cold feet. Additionally, the massaging area doesn’t cover the entire foot—leaving the heel unstimulated. Another downside is the hidden zipper pull tab, making it difficult to remove the washable liners for cleaning.
Overall, it’s a decent portable product but not as effective as I had hoped. It offers some relief, but there are some key design flaws that hold it back.
