Perfect Baby Scale

I received this baby scale shortly after my newborn came home from the hospital. He was born 5 weeks prematurely with intrauterine growth restrictions (IUGR) and measuringonly just over 4lbs. We were looking for a baby scale that was quick and easy to use to keep an eye on his growth. In the hospital we weighed him before and after every feeding to ensure he was getting enough, and periodically to record his growth. This digital baby scale was just what we needed. It was simple and easy to use, accurate and gave us a piece of mind with our delicate little new one. The curved edges of the scale made for a safe, comfortable place to lay baby. It gave results quickly without having to do much. Made it so much easier to track his feeding and growth patterns for doctors, without having to leave the house just to get him weighed on a regular basis. A great piece of equipment every new parent should invest in, especially ones with preemies who need extra attention to their growth.

Simple to use and accurate enough

I'm using this to measure track my cat's weight, due to poor health. Comparing my human scale and vet scale results this is accurate enough for this purpose.
It's lightweight and as a flat slab, easy to store and move.
Displays weight and holds it on screen as soon as cat stops moving. This function seems to be consistent over 4 tries.
No option for plugin power, just uses batteries.

Accurate and easy to use

My overall impression is it works perfectly for what I wanted it for! It is an accurate scale (compared it to my other bathroom to see if they were the same) which is long enough to fit my 9 month on and is super simple to use. It is light and thin enough for easy carrying and storage, but seems sturdy enough to last through multiple kids (It is fully plastic so I wouldn’t toss it around though). I definitely should have gotten it when my baby was born, but am excited to use it with future babies!

Scale arrived soaking wet

The scale isn’t accurate measuring and not working. Be careful ordering online from Best Buy they don’t even pack it to prevent damage.

Incorrect Specs on Website

The BB website claims this scale has 1g accuracy and it takes 3 AAA batteries. The actual scale and the box it comes in shows it actually has a 5g accuracy and takes 2 AA batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use scale for weighing baby. The tare function works well, so that you can place a towel on the scale before placing baby. The size fits a newborn well.

Super cute, and easy to use!

I've been using this with my 9 month old baby and it's absolutely fantastic. I sit him up on the scale and it's essentially a one-touch, super quick way to check his weight now that he is nursing less and eating more. I wish I had this product when my little guy was a newborn! I'd wholeheartedly recommend it... it's so easy to use. :)
