[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to loosen lug nuts and learn mower blades. Did the job. Might be better if the 20v 2ah battery was a 4ah. I'm going to get a higher 4a. And see if it works better. I used the low forward setting to tighen the lug nuts, it was almost 80 fp which is required for my vehicle , when I used my torque wrench. It's small and easy to handle. I am very satisfied with Nitro impact wrench.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tools I use are hammers and different screwdrivers. I have always been intimidated by power tools, this one not so much! It was easy to use. Not too loud that it startled me, and the the battery seems to last awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this wrench to try and it’s great! I had a rusted bolt and this handled the job with ease. It didn’t strip anything and no damage was done around the bolt. Looking for other jobs to do around the house to get more use out of it. So far, it’s a Great product!

It is a great weight and the battery charged quickly and maintained a charge through all the projects I asked my husband to do that he didn’t get done. Great impact for all.

Defective Battery Severely Limits Operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this Nitro 20V 1/2" Cordless Impact Wrench but was ultimately disappointed. It comes with a belt clip, bag, start guide, battery and charger. It's relatively lightweight with a textured grip, has 3 speeds and an LED light. It's worth mentioning the wrench (speed setting), battery and charger all have indicator lights on them. When I put the battery on the charger the indicator light was alternately flashing green and red? After letting the battery sit on the charger for 2+ hours the indicator light changed to solid red which apparently means I have a defective/dead battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
