Small but Mighty

Verdict:
Looks can be deceiving, and that is certainly the case with the Worx Nitro Impact Wrench. With how compact and lightweight it is, power is not the first thing that comes to mind, but it sure has plenty. It is not short on features either, like adjustable torque and an LED light that illuminates the workspace. If you are looking for a cordless impact wrench, this one should be at the top of your list.

Setup & Design:
The Worx Nitro Impact Wrench is ready to go right out of the box. The only assembly step is the optional belt clip (included in the box), which you use a screwdriver to attach. The battery already has some charge in it, but I went ahead and fully charged it before first use. My first impression was very positive. I immediately noticed how lightweight and comfortable to hold it is, and the textured grip is a nice touch. Snapping the battery on and off the impact wrench is simple, and it just slides onto the charger with ease when you need to charge it up. There are indicator lights on the impact wrench itself to show which speed setting it is on, and both the battery and charger have lights as well. At the push of a button, the battery shows how charged it is (low, half, or full), and the charger has a single light that will flash green when charging and change to solid green when it is fully charged. The light on the charger will also flash red for battery temperature protection (when the battery is less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit or more than 113 degrees Fahrenheit), or it will change to solid red if the battery is defective. Hopefully, I never see the red light, but it is nice to have that just in case. There is also an LED light on the base of the impact wrench that illuminates the workspace when you press the trigger, which is handy in low-lighting. However, the one thing I do not like about this impact wrench is that the LED light does not have its own on/off button. When you press the trigger, the LED light will illuminate and stay illuminated for 20 seconds after the trigger is released. Do not get me wrong, this is a nice feature to have in low-light environments, but sometimes I wish the light would stay on longer so that it could serve as a flashlight. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of this Worx Nitro Impact Wrench and its thoughtful design features that make it comfortable and easy to operate.
Features & Performance:
What I like most about the Worx Nitro Impact Wrench is that you do not have to sacrifice power to have cordless convenience. It has more than enough torque for my needs, and the torque is adjustable via the 3-speed selector button. Depending on which speed setting it is on, the ft/lbs will increase or decrease. In reverse, it will only do the highest speed setting. The anvil accepts any ½” socket, and after trying several sockets, I am confident that they fit securely. I appreciate that the sockets are easy to change as well. The brushless motor promises to be efficient, powerful, and long-lasting. So far, I believe that to be true. Whether I am removing vehicle wheels or mower blades or tightening/loosening other bolts or lug nuts, the Worx Nitro Impact Wrench does it with ease. It does not matter if they are rusted either. In my experience, it always gets the job done. The Worx Nitro Impact Wrench has useful features and exceptional performance.

I've used many cheap tools and expensive tools before but this is just garbage. their cordless 20v nitro powered impact driver works better than expected. very pleased with its performance. I'm always working on my car. for details I was taking the wheel off the car. and it burnt the motor up and just started screaming. exterior it looks new. the interior of the tool is probably crispy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for convenience reasons and the fact i own 8 products from worx. This tool took the rust nuts off my shock bolt on a 97 f150 well worth every penny!
