[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wife and I purchased this as an addition to our new electric Cadillac Lyriq. We plan on using both of them as we continue our transition to retirement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

"Coolest" Product!

This cooler is one of the "coolest" Worx products! I never knew battery powered coolers existed. Using ice is always one of the most frustrating parts of a cooler. You never have enough ice on hand, it melts too fast, you can't put food in there without risk of it getting wet and the temperature is always going to fluctuate. Well not with this cooler! It does not use ice so I have zero fear about my food getting wet, the temperature is controlled and will stay at whatever temp I set it at for hours. I can even use it for frozen food like popsicles and ice cream because the temp goes all the way down to -4°F! This cooler is the ultimate road trip warrior or tailgate companion. Forget the ice and switch to Power Share!

Two-person carry is impossible without a sling.

Functionally, this fridge freezer perfectly meets my needs -- fridge/freezer when I'm not home, and emergency freezer to save my most-important frozen groceries if there's a power outage.
Form? PRO: it is smaller than MANY other portable main/12v/battery fridge/freezers. It fits nicely behind the driver's seat in my 2017 compact wagon. I can put the 60 side down with no obstruction at all. CON: The grab handles are only good for putting it into a vehicle or taking it out of a vehicle. When I have to work in a tower with no elevator or a broken elevator, a two-person carry may be needed whenever a large strong person isn't available. The end handles make that impossible. They also rule out two-person carrying it across rocks, gravel, sand, grass, etc. If you are small and lack one very strong person to con into carrying unwieldy heavy stuff for you, good luck. I use a cane. I don't have any super close strapping friends to call whenever I need help, but I do have smaller friends who could easily two-person carry this with me, if only it had appropriate handles.
Whether or not I would recommend this item to a friend depends 100% on their physique.
