Exactly what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this saw to revamp the inside of my van with shelves and a bed frame for travel.
It was exactly what I needed as I live in a condo and cannot run an extension cord long enough for an electric saw. This was perfect. and had great power to cut through 2x4's. The portability was great to bring right to the job and I had no issues with battery life.

Excellent cordless saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a saw to replace my floor on my outside porch. This saw did an excellent job cutting thru 2x4s and 3/4 inch plywood. The saw is very portable and easy to use. The battery lasted a long time and only needed 45 minutes to charge back up. Because of the brushless motor it is more reliable and runs longer. It was also light weight and not heavy. It is fun to use!

Powerful compact saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Worx compact circular saw for a couple of weeks now & have used it several times. The saw comes in a black carry bag with handles & everything that you will need to get started: battery, battery charger, 4.5” saw blade with carbide tips, hex key, parallel guide & instruction booklet. It only took about 45 minutes to fully charge the battery & we were ready to go. We have a full-size circular saw but it is bulky & heavy plus it has a cord so my husband either has to stay close to the outlet or run an extension cord. This cordless saw lets us set up sawhorses to work on a project farther out in our backyard where there is more shade & because this saw is lightweight, I can also use it to help out when needed. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to use & there is a red safety button that must be pushed in order to pull the trigger to operate the saw so there will be no unfortunate accidents. It also has an LED light which really came in handy when cutting sheets of plywood for a shelving project. It easily cuts 2x4s which we needed for another project. If you have other 20V Worx products, you can use the interchangeable battery & it is easy to switch out. My husband hasn’t used this saw for any bevel cuts yet so I can’t address this function but this compact saw is powerful enough for our DIY projects & we love the portability.

The Nitro 20 volt cordless 4.5" circular saw is very easy to use and if you have arthritis in your hands or wrist like I do this saw is a lot more comfortable to hold and cut with. Love this saw!!

Have only used twice, at first the light weight concerned me, an indication of plastic components, but the light weight and smooth operation allowed for single hand use in a couple awkward positions.

Big Boy impact in a Little Boy Package!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave away my Table Saw and Large Circular Saw ... they just were not impracticable for a Harry Homeowner with a few projects here and there. To replace all that power sawing I purchased the Nitro 20V Power Share Worxsaw 4.5" Cordless Compact Circular Saw with Brushless Motor [at the time rated higher tat the top brand. Wow, right off the back I threw it to the wolves building a massive Cordless Tool Storage Cabinet in my garage. Lo and behold the Worxsaw more than paid dividends ... it easily and effortlessly sawed through many, many boards of varying sizes and thicknesses ... NO PROBLEM. Pros: Lightweight, powerful, easy to handle, ability to handle large ad small jobs [I often cut two boards at once], convenient and surprisingly more than fair priced.. Cons: I have none. I highly recommend the Nitro 20V Power Share Worxsaw 4.5" Cordless Compact Circular Saw with Brushless Motor

Just okay

I'm a remodeling contractor and my work can often be very demanding. I need tools that are not only heavy duty, but rugged as well. I purchased this tool to finish installing laminate flooring and it did well for a while. The blade bent after a few hours use and the cuts were not straight. The base is not very sturdy and although I like the tool, I should have opted for the corded version.
